Lucky’s Pet Service

Julie was awesome in handling our 2 dogs for and emergency weekend trip for my mother’s funeral. She went above to make sure the pups had appropriate potty breaks and handled them with care.
Thanks again Julie– we now have a trusty partner for vacations as the kids are moved out and can’t always be relied upon

Lucky’s Pet Service (AKA Julie) has been walking our Eskipoo, Charlie (who I regard as my first born child, and she occasionally includes my mothers Brittany Spaniel as well) for 2+ years now. Julie is a wonderful dog walker and friend. She has been very flexible and accommodating as our schedules evolved over the last couple of years (anywhere from two, or even three walks a day to only specific occasional days). We enjoy seeing her on that daily basis if we are home, as she is consistently smiling and pleasant, we trust her not just with Charlie, but with keys/​access to our house, and schedules (we’ve actually had to call her when we were locked out). There has never even been the any issues with Charlie and putting her in her crate or leaving her out, or even cleaning up after her if we weren’t home, if there is ever a conflict she communicates well in advance and has offered substitutes (no one who we liked as much as her though). This is easily one of those reviews that would warrant a sixth star — on a service, and personal level — I could not recommend Julie/Lucky’s Pet Service enough.

My husband and I have a bit of crazy travel schedule. Julie has been awesome and flexible with us and our German Shepard. Our dog is always happy when we come home after trips :) So much better than a kennel for her!
Just an fyi, I work (few, but) 14 hour days and our dog is very okay with twice a day walks to use the bathroom.

Julie recently started walking my 8 year Rhodesian Ridgeback Bailey and she has changed both our lives. Not only is she kind and caring, she is also very reliable and easily reached when needed. From the minute we met her i knew she was the only other person i would allow walk my dog. I really can’t say enough good things about Julie. She’s pretty great!

Julie is great! We were so worried leaving our cat for a week since we had just moved her to WA on an airplane — not an easy trip! Julie came to meet our 14 year old cat before we left on vacation and we were instantly at ease. She was calm, gentle, and loving with our cat & we were comfortable leaving her with a key. Our cat was well taken care of and was happy and healthy when we returned. We appreciate Julie and definitely recommend her!

Let me start out by saying that Lucky’s Pet Service is amazing!!!
Julie has been walking my 6 month old Boxer since he was 11 weeks old. I feel absolutley confident leaving Jersey in her care. In fact, it brings peace to me knowing that he is being so well cared for and loved while I am at work.
From the moment I met Julie I instantly saw that she was a caring, professional who has a huge heart for animals, especially dogs :) She is a delight to work with. Jersey liked her instantly. Leaving Jersey with her for his afternoon walks makes me feel at ease that my pup is truly being taken care of. He is always a happy lil guy when I come home.
I would give Lucky’s Pet Service 10 stars and would recommend the service to anyone else who also thinks of their dog as their «baby». Trust is a huge thing and you will find that here.

Julie has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. Even with my pups, who I know are quite the mischief makers, she has been able to keep them happy, healthy, and under control. I trust her completely and am very happy/​proud for her to be a part of my furry family!

Julie has walked our dogs five days a week for nearly five years. When she started we had two aging dogs that she was incredibly gentle with, and she was so kind to us as we lost first one and then the other. She has stayed with us through our transition to two new dogs and they both love her and look forward to her visit every day. Julie is absolutely reliable and we trust her completely to come into our home and take care of our furry family members. She goes the extra step to let us know immediately if one of the dogs seems ill or if something is amiss at the house. It is such a relief to know that she will be checking in every day and gives us great peace of mind while we’re away during the day.

Julie is the only one I’ve ever trusted to have my house keys, and that’s because she is extremely trustworthy and a wonderful caregiver to my precious Min-​Pins. She gives me what I need when I go on vacation — peace of mind. I highly recommend Julie!

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Julie for 20+ years. She is an animal lover to the core & it shows. But she is equally great with humans which you sometimes don’t find with such people. Her attention to detail, reliability, trustworthiness, dedication, positive attitude & charisma are off the charts. She shares with me great stories of her furry clients as though they are her own which makes it even harder when one is sick, injured or crosses the rainbow bridge. I don’t know anyone more genuine, caring or competent than Julie Wanner. As one of the other clients stated …“If something happened to me, I’d want her as my pets next of kin.” That is a ditto for me ;)
