History

Established in 2006.

The story of MySource is one of vision and entrepreneurship. In July of 2006, CEO and President Teena Christel enlisted the help of Cathy Lewis, Vice President of Staffing to found MySource (originally MySource Talent). MySource quickly grew in its first two years of business – with good reason. Taking the best practices and business models Teena observed in her past and carefully created a confluence with her own ideas, Teena created the perfect approach to help consultants and employers unite in perfect harmony.

MySorce remains small by design. The company currently has nine highly talented and dedicated team members managing departments of: Recruiting, Accounting and Human Resources, Operations, Business Development, and Account Management.

Business Owner

After more than 20 years in staffing, HR and marketing, and as a single parent, Teena knows how she can make an impact on the world. She has a dream of providing an environment where people can make a living on their own terms in order to find the balance necessary to be valued both at work and home. Teena has always been driven and goal oriented. Buying and fixing up homes, traveling to distant lands and immersing herself in their cultures, as well as actively working on diversity-​focused boards. However, these adventures have all served as side interests while pursuing her true passion – helping others be successful.
