Reiki is a Japanese energy balancing technique that promotes deep inner healing. It is done through touch or in the aura around the body. A nurturing and soothing energy flows from the practitioner’s hands to the client, promoting relaxation and releasing tension. I may use sound, crystals and/​or essential oils during your session, depending on my guidance, for your highest blessing and healing. Established in 2013.

I opened my doors to clients in 2013, after having practiced Reiki daily on myself and friends and family since my own attunement to Usui Reiki Ryoho in 2007.

Business Owner

Working as a Registered Nurse for the past 30 years affords me a unique perspective. I have found that melding my knowledge of western medicine with this eastern healing modality has truly brought me home! Reiki promotes healing through gentle stress reduction and relaxation and can work in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques.

I am a Reiki Master, which means I also teach Reiki and pass on the ability, through classes and attunements, to channel Reiki to others, from level one through the Master level. Since being attuned to Reiki in 2007, I have seen my friends and family benefit from Reiki in many ways — physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It has been a wonderful, healing tool in my own personal life as well!
