History
Established in 2006.
All of our instructors at Pilates in the Village, have been trained with the True Pilates Method, over 600 hours of aprenticeship training, rigorous practical and writen exams, and yearly required continued education.
We believe each body is unique, and we strive to achive physical transformations through safety and proper execution of Joseph Pilates exercises as they were intended.

Business Owner
I started Pilates at the age of 19 after moving to Seattle from Hawaii. I have always been into exercise and a healthy lifestyle. So my Pilates journey, both in my own work and in my teaching has been an amazing experience so far. After over 18 years of doing pilates and 14 years of teaching, I still love and learn more each day. I really look forward to sharing that with clients.
