I had the opposite experience with Dr. Rogers. She was the first doctor I saw who didn’t just throw antibiotics at me and send me home. She actually figured out what the problem was and was set out to fix it. I also found that she was very friendly and caring. In fact everyone at the clinic is incredibly caring. Jessica is always very personable when she rooms me and the nurse Janie is always nice and quick to return my calls when I have a concern. Dr. Rogers performed sinus surgery on me last Tuesday and for the first time in over a year the infection in my sinus is gone! I am still recovering but am starting to be able to breath again from the right side of my face which also wasn’t possible for over a year. I am super grateful for the team at Puget Sound ENT! That includes the entire surgery team who’s names I can’t all remember. They made this experience the best that it could possibly be for me and they fixed the problem.
