Jen is an amazing coordinator and works hard to get you what you need – whether it be a prescription, appointment, or just some advice. She is always so prompt and pleasant to talk to. Dr. Lau is one of the best I’ve worked with! He listens to your needs and does just that. Very important when seeing a doc for your beauty concerns, people! I feel very at ease with anything.
Thanks to Susan my skin is the best it’s ever been after dealing with a horrendous acne flare up phase. Radiant rejuvenation all the way!

What can I say about Dr Lau? He has been my doctor for 5 – 6 years. He took care of all my female issues not only the once a month problem, which is gone but the issues we don’t talk about. I will just say my female parts are rejuvenated. My husband loves it and it does matter. This was in 2010.
Today I had my appointment with Susan for Thermage. I have had thermage in the past it was painful and I Didn’t notice the results. But THIS time was different! I had heard a rumor that Radiant had new equipment, better equipment for the process. I was relaxed and very comfortable! Not only was it a pleasant experience I can see the difference immediately and feel that my skin is tighter. I am so excited for the next appointment. I will tell you how the next thermage goes as well as the fraxel!
The entire staff treats you like the only client in the office as soon as you walk in until you walk out. Dr. Lou has always been warm, funny and educational, Susan remembers the small details about your life which makes you feel like an old friend and Jen is very sweet and so helpful.

The experience I had here was the absolute best. They deserve 5 stars for there customer service, making you feel comfortable, & going above & beyond to have you receive the upmost proper care! This was so comfortable for me & I’m leaving today feeling happier & satisfied as ever !! Thanks raydiant :)

I have been going to Radiant Rejuvenation for three years after buying a Groupon certificate. It introduced me to a really fine group of people at the clinic. Susan Cummins is intuitive, extremely well trained, and is such a kind-​hearted (and funny!) person. Jen, who is the office manager, is always efficient and very nice, never giving the impression of being rushed, which I know she must be most of the time. Dr. is a concerned and well-​practiced physician and always tends to one’s needs.
Everyone at this clinic is perfection! Thanks for all the TLC! I highly recommend this group — but make sure (with all the other «Radiant» companies out there) you have the right office.
