Moving to Washington, I didn’t have a nail tech and didn’t like many places I tried in the first 6 months. But Wow! These gals are amazingly friendly, fast and kind. I’ve been going to them for about 8 months now and I will keep going. I do acrylics with gel polish and I like my nails thick. I always make sure the tell them before they start or in the beginning and the do a great job! Also I have acrylic put on one of my toe nails and they really make me feel comfortable and at ease asking them to do that. They do get swamped sometimes so always call ahead to make sure you can get in. They are always warm hearted and even remember people!!!

This nail salon has become increasingly popular. I love getting pedicure here especially since they use a hot stone massage. Lately, they have been very busy that making appointments have been tricky since they are not able to answer calls right away. Also, the level of service has gone down a little since they try to accommodate more people in a shorter amount of time.
I recommend to call ahead and make sure that you have an appointment. Otherwise they will tell you to come back. I have since tried a new place couple of miles nearby and I’m glad that I have choices.

The ladies here are fabulous and so sweet!!! My deluxe pedicure was amazing!!! I will definitely be back for another pedicure. In a couple of weeks I plan to get a shellac manicure! I bet that will be amazing too!!! Thanks ladies!!!

All of the women at SpaTen20 are very sweet and accommodating. I love that when I call and make an appointment they honor my time whereas I have I had experiences at other salons when I have called ahead to make an appointment and arrived only to wait sometimes up to a half hour past the designated time.
They also have great prices, the $ 25 pedicure includes paraffin and hot stone massage. Bonus– they give a 5% discount if you bring cash! They have perfected my shellac manicures, and have delivered the longest lasting polish I have had.

Great quality work and VERY friendly staff! Salon is clean, comfortable and inviting. Most definitely my go-​to nail salon from here on out.

A friend and I were looking for a new nail salon to get our manis and pedis, and we have found the perfect one! The job is absolutely stellar — no nail polish anywhere outside of the nail beds. Hurray! I have to admit, I do not have the most dainty hands in the world («potato picking hands» my Irish mother calls them), but the beautiful manicure Susan gave me makes them look a lot better :)

I love this place! This was my first visit and I found them on Unilocal.The women were so nice, sweet and gentle with my nails, and my nails looked great! I got the pedi with the paraffin and hot stone massage and the massage was heavenly! Then I got a gel mani and it was probably the best gel mani I ever got. She really took her time and it showed. This is my new nail spot and I couldn’t be happier. :)

Personable and welcoming this salon has a wonderful atmosphere! Clean and comfortable, and priced right. The staff seems much more authentically attentive to their clients than most walk in salons. (They do take appointments also).

Fist time at this place and couldn’t be happier! The women here are so welcoming and friendly and VERY good at what they do! I had the deluxe pedicure, and will definitely be back for another! I highly recommend making an appointment if you want to go on a Saturday, as this place is booked. Weekdays would probably be better for walk ins.

Great staff! The girls are very nice and take their time to do your nails exactly how you want it, without any complains. I wasn’t sure of which color to choose so she tried on my hand with both of them to make it easier for me to pick one. And still i got my nails done with gel polish in about only 30mim. I will go back there for sure!

I had just flown into Seattle and had two nails lift, stemming from a less than glamorous, rushed acrylic set I received in California. I was able to be seen immediately and my tech was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted and took her time to make sure everything was right.
It’s been two and a half weeks and nothing has lifted. The gel polish isn’t even chipped or dull. It looks exactly like it did when I left December 9.
I’m just sad I’m back home in California and can’t go back to get a fill!

Theu were veru nice and welcoming. I got shellac and it was great. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend

I’m still going to this salon and still loving every experience. I’m treated like a valued friend and leave feeling great, each time.
I like every one of the women who work there and find them all very capable of any service the salon offers. Jenny has been doing my nails and waxing my legs in the past few months and I have nothing but praise. She does everything just how I like and is the most efficient waxer!
The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is I like to leave myself ‘room’ for a super-​extraordinary experience.
The nicest, most accommodating staff, pretty décor, clean, bright and updated. A nice selection of high-​quality polishes and the hot stone leg massage still melts my soul!

I decided to get my nails done here since the reviews seem to be great. The ladies were really friendly. The person working on my nails took her time to make sure my nails looked nice. She also took a lot of time to massage my hands and feet. I didn’t feel rushed at all unlike other nail salons. Their place is little more pricier than some other nail salons that are closer to home but with the amount of service they give, it is worth it.
FYI — if you pay by cash, they give you a 5% discount. I didn’t have cash on me but it’s nice they give that option.

Susan is so nice. This is my first visit to this salon. I told her what I was thinking and she made me a beautiful nail creation. I’m ready for my 911 memorial and Washington DC trip now :)

I normally go to a nail place in Ballard but since moving to MLT, that’s too much of a trek hence having to rely on fellow Unilocalers for a new nail salon. Went here based on the reviews and this place definitely deserves it’s 5 stars! Got a mani-​pedi by Sarah, who was very sweet and did a wonderful job! Many phone calls from customers and a bunch of walk ins, but she never rushed to get me done and move on to the next one. She took her time and even apologized that they were speaking in their native dialect, explaining they were discussing appointments. My feet have never felt better compared to prior pedi’s I’ve had. I walked out smiling like a silly school girl with a crush!

Love this salon. The owner and the staff are always so friendly. I get pedicures here. Recently got a basic manicure and it didn’t disappoint.

Upon walking in they are friendly and cheerful but only talkative if you want to talk.
The pedicure is a little more massage focused. They have a basic for $ 22, and another for $ 25. For $ 25 you get a quick scrub, paraffin wax, hot stone massage, warm towels.
I’ve never had a paraffin wax before. They put your feet into a bag of the hot paraffin wax and wait for the liquid to harden a bit. It felt so nice. It was so hot and the liquid was so soft and smooth feeling.
By far the best part was the hot stone massage. I’ve been to a couple places that do this for a few seconds but here they do each leg for a few minutes. Wow it feels amazing and so relaxing. It’s just fantastic.
As for the pedicure, they did not rush or kick me out of the comfortable massage chair while I waited for my husband to pick me up. Most of their polish looks to be in good condition. I only wish they had scrubbed some of my rougher areas a little more. Again, more massage focuses than foot scrubbing focused.
I will probably try the place again and I’ll probably bring my husband here because I’m sure he will love the more massage focused treatment.

It was a Friday afternoon and I was dropping off something in Edmonds and heading back to Lynnwood to get ready for a Christmas party. The manicure I had done myself the night prior had gotten ruined, so I wanted to get one done by the pros. I opened up Unilocal and looked for nail salons nearby. This one had good reviews (in fact, all five star) so I swung in the strip mall shared with Burger King, hoping they wouldn’t be busy (luckily, they weren’t!).
I was welcomed warmly by the owner and another nail technician. The owner asked what I wanted and explained they were having 20% off their services that day. I said I just wanted a regular manicure, no shellac. She said that usually the spa manicure with a paraffin wax is $ 17 but reiterated that it would be 20% off that price. That sounded good to me, so I picked out my polish and sat down with the other woman in the salon.
Sitting in the waiting area, the owner chatted with me off and on during the manicure that was overall relaxing and pain-​free. I’m not quite sure what benefit the paraffin had other than it felt really good, but it was inexpensive so I didn’t mind. The technician seemed to really take care in the job that she was doing. I am used to getting manicures and having them quickly put on the polish and then dig their nails into my the bed of my nail when polish starts straying — not the case here. My nails looked absolutely perfect.
At the end she said the total was $ 15. I gave a tip I would have for a $ 17 bill and even rounded up some. Merry Christmas, right?
I loved my experience and left thinking I would return the next time I wanted a fresh manicure.
However, in less than 24 hours, two of my nails were chipped. And not little chips, either. After 48 hours, almost all of my nails had chips in them. I know standard manicures tend to chip much quicker than shellac but I thought less than 24 hours was a little disappointing. By Sunday night I had to remove what pretty polish was left and repaint my nails myself so for that, I had to dock one star. In addition, there was a little confusion regarding the prices. According to her official price booklet, it is $ 17 for a manicure with paraffin and the hot towel but I didn’t get the hot towel. And if it were 20% off that price… wouldn’t it have been more than $ 2 off? I’m not usually one to pick apart things like that, and in this case the actual dollar amount doesn’t matter, it’s more about hearing/​seeing one thing and getting another.
Maybe shellac is the route to go here, or maybe my short nails were to blame for the chipping. I had such a great experience at Salon Ten20 that I want to give them another try. Hopefully my next review can be five stars instead of four!
