History

Established in 2010.

With a long history of restaurant success in the Vail Valle Peter Mueller, owner of Sato Sushi in Edwards, decided to try his hand at something new; And so Café 163 was born. An eclectic mixture of tastes and a friendly and fun environment made Café 163 an instant success. Our food is crafted with care and our customers will agree that it shows. There’s no better breakfast in town than Café 163.

Meet the Manager

Amanda P.

Manager

Amanda has been with Café 163 since the beginning and has helped give the restaurant it’s unique flair; she’s a St. Louis girl gone Colorado. Whether it’s infusing her «Habanero Basil Garlic Vodka» for a Bloody Mary, Squeezing limes for her famous Margaritas, or creating a masterpiece on your Latte she never ceases to amaze us.
