We have an archery shooting range for target practice and working on your form. In the store you will find a variety of hunting gear like treestands and safety harnesses, call and scents, hunting blinds, broadheads and every bow accessory. IL hunting /​fishing licenses and tags can be purchased over the counter at our location as well.

History

Established in 1986.

David Draves, the founder of Draves Archery, was disappointed with the bow shops that he visited in his area. They were frequently closed for different reasons, making it hard to get the services that he needed. Another archery shop made him pay for new fletching, after the fletching the shop put on fell in their range. After returning home, he told his wife, that this area needs a good archery shop. From that point he began to develop ideas to start his own shop. A shop based on customer service, one that has a family atmosphere, and a shop where every customer is known by name. Draves Archery started in July of 1986.
