At Niemerg’s Steakhouse we make more scratch-​made food than any other restaurant in the area. Our bakery makes outstanding pies and baked goods. We have a vast menu with a good variety of hand cut steaks, crispy flavorful fried chicken and other tasty entrees. Our full service bar, the Brass Rail Lounge, is ready to serve drinks while you enjoy the game on one of our many TVs. Many of our staff have been with us for many years and are proud to be a part of the Niemerg’s family.

We are now offering many Heartland Angus Beef cuts, which are incredibly tender, naturally juicy, and abundantly flavorful. Heartland Angus Beef is the highest quality beef available with standards of excellence even more selective in marbling, maturity, and leanness than USDA Choice or Prime. We are very pleased and proud to offer the best ingredients money can buy to our valued customers. Niemerg’s Steakhouse & The Brass Rail Lounge opened its doors on September 1, 1978. We are a locally owned, independent restaurant proud to have served more than 25 million customers over the past 36 years. A proud tradition we have adhered to over the years has been the preparation of more grandmother’s style homemade food items than any other restaurant in the area. We look forward to adding you to our long history of happy customers.

Jason is the general manager at Niemerg’s Steakhouse & The Brass Rail Lounge. He has been with Niemerg’s since he was 15 and has held almost every position in the restaurant at one time or another. Jason enjoys being able to serve the public at Niemerg’s Steakhouse where quality customer service is the driving force of the business. hopes to provide you such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to Niemerg’s Steakhouse when you’re in need of a delicious meal with the ones you love!
