DO NOT use this company to build your pool. Using them was the worst decision I ever made. My pool was supposed to be done in 6 weeks and it took 10 months. The list of things that they did wrong couldn’t begin to fit in this review. And it’s only been a year and I’m still having problems. If you’re reading this then you’ve been warned. This is a bad company from top to bottom. Stay far away.

Tom decker does not do what he says he will do. Let me begin this review by stating that I am simply the next door neighbor of the Atlas Pool and Spa customer. Atlas pools had used my concrete driveway and Side yard to acces my neighbors back yard for a new in ground pool installation.
1. They damaged my property by creating very large and deep tire tracks from each truck that traveled over the soft rain soaked ground. One area was so deep, that when I stepped in, it was top of shin high.
2. Second problem, Atlas had requested a sub contractor deliver additional dirt to their project, my neighbor had previously asked them not to use my driveway or yard anymore due to the existing problems they created previously. What happens, they cracked two large concrete panels of my driveway. Tom Decker comes over and says, not to worry he will take care of everything including the concrete. ******* big News, He never fixed the uneven ground and deep, giant ruts his equipment made in my yard, it is pretty bad. He only paid half of what he owed to the concrete guy, he claimed he did a deal with my nighbors, they never agreed to a deal with him.
We are in an upper scale neighborhood, Atlas pools could care less about any homeowners near the installation, they refused to lay sheething of plywood to travel over, this would have been the classy way to drive across our yards. Tom promised to resolve the problem, and DID NOT RESOLVE the matter. There were a laundry list of additional issues caused by Atlas, my neighbor said they will never use Atlas again, they will not recommend them and will never buy supplies from them. I have a pool and spa which I used to buy my products there, bottom line, don’t use Atlas Pools and Spas in EHT, NJ. Poor customer service and they could care less about you. This job was located in Northfield, NJ in an upscale development. One last note, the in ground pool they installed was 4 feet higher than the homeowners land was originally, someone standing on the pool deck is waste high of a 6 ft privacy fence, don’t use Atlas!
