Highly trained and tested technicians. We have partnered with the high quality local dealerships to promote the use of factory parts, and factory approved repairs. Although we have technicians specifically trained on most foreign models, we fix all makes and models. We are one of the only Ford Aluminum F150 approved repair facilities in the area, and specialize in all model aluminum repairs. We believe our paint product is best you can buy. We use BASF/Glasurit waterborne paint, which not only eliminates danger to the environment, but creates a factory finish, and a safer workplace for our employees.
History
Established in 1981.
Bill Kilkeary founded Kilkeary’s Auto Body in 1981. He left a union welding job to pursue his dream of fixing cars. In 1986 he put the first addition on his existing building, and a second in 1996, and several more which created the 20,000 sf. building we currently use. Tim bought the business from his dad in 2007, and has continued to run the business with the same passion as his dad. Although we work with all insurance companies, we decided several years ago to become a customer advocate, and build a business based on referrals, and exceptional customer service and quality, instead of counting on insurance company referrals. We’ve developed and maintained many relationships with local auto dealers including Bobby Rahal Auto Group (Including BMW and Mercedes Benz), Three Rivers VW, South Hills Honda, South Hills Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram, South Hills KIA, Bill Gray Volvo, and others. As a result of those relationships, we’ve been able to become Factory Authorized by most OEM manufacture
Meet the Business Owner
Timothy K.
Business Owner
Tim was by his Father’s side from the very first day in business in 1981. Starting out sweeping floors, and doing every job in between that and ownership, he worked primarily as a manager under his father, and then eventually bought the company from his Father in 2007. Tim was born and raised in the South Hills, and has had a passion for cars from a very young age. He is married, and resides in the local area. He is actively involved in the day to day operation of his company, and puts great emphasis on customer service and quality. He is involved in many aspects of the collision industry, and plays an active role in trying to educate other business owners on good business practice, and great customer service, instead of being an extension of a insurance carrier.
