Tom Jara came out and evaluated our entire system because at that time the system was not working at all, and had a leak. After his assessment he went on to make all the necessary repairs and adjustments. He came back three times to install additional heads, and to assure that everything worked properly. What a different system! I had no idea how poorly the system formerly worked. What a magician.

Tom is amazing!!! First of all, he is just a genuinely decent guy. It’s a pleasure when he’s at our home — even our two dogs love him. Second, he works very hard and he knows his stuff! He knows irrigation, obviously, but he also knows plants themselves and can make recommendations if you need them. He did a great job giving our irrigation system a tune-​up; reprogramming our timer; and adding in some irrigation systems that didn’t previously exist. He’s also very honest. We needed a small job done that he could’ve charged us for but instead was honest about how small the job was and explained how we could make the fix ourselves. Can’t recommend him enough. He does have a very busy schedule because he works on his own so you should be flexible about scheduling. Don’t be put off if he needs to adjust — he’s worth it!
