As periodontal health professionals, we are a team of highly trained and skilled clinicians. We are committed to continuing education and learning to stay informed of new techniques, latest products and equipments. Also, being members of various professional dental associations help us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession as your San Diego Periodontist and Implant Specialist.

History

Established in 1999.

Dr. Ali Haeri graduated from University of Kentucky with a master degree in Chemical Engineering in 1986. He was inspired by his father (who was a practicing dentist) to pursue dentistry as a profession. Dr. Haeri graduated from University of Kentucky School of Dentistry in 1990. After practicing as a general dentist for 2 years in the state of Kentucky, he completed his residency training in periodontics from Medical University of South Carolina in 1994.

He gained extensive training in all phases of periodontal therapy, dental implantology and sedation techniques. He then continued his career as an assistant professor at University of Mississippi Medical center department of periodontics where he devoted his time to teaching and research.

Dr. Haeri has also published articles related to the field of periodontics in various journals. He has dedicated his time to clinical practice as a periodontist in San Diego, California since 1999.

I had my front tooth knocked out, and went to Dr. Haeri from my dentist recommendation. I was kind of nervous going into this procedure because I could just imagine the terrible things that I was going to go through. I had to get my front tooth pulled, along with the root, and then have a metal implant drilled into my front gum. You can imagine all pain that I was anticipating. I’m shocked to say that I went through absolutely zero pain throughout the entire procedure, and nothing after I came home tonight. I’m sure I’ll be a little sore tomorrow morning, but I’m very pleased with the pain level results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Haeri’s for the last 18months. I have had 3 surgeries done in his office and I am soo pleased with the results. I originally went somewhere else but, ended up coming back to Dr. Haeri’s office and Dr. Haeri had to fix whatever the other dentist office had done incorrectly without regard to the end result.
Dr. Haeri is very knowledgeable, competent surgeon!

The gum work was pre-​authorized and then billed differently. Resulting in much more out-​of-​pocket. He refused to correct the work that he had done poorly. I woudn’t give him the time of day!
