I am very disappointed with my visits to CosmoProf in El Cajon off Broadway, due to the fact that I’ve dealt with a customer service rep named Ashley. She makes things very difficult and she is very disrespectful, so I prefer not going in to the store on Saturdays and rather take my business elsewhere.

Don’t know why I bother to try and go here every person that works here has the most horrible customer service ever, even the manager. This last visit will be my last! From trying to ask questions to standing at the register asking and waiting to be rung up is not how to run a business during multiple visits. Your job is to help customers and answer questions. Find another job if your not happy. Pretty sure you could’ve kept a customer instead of claiming you can’t do anything or help but then state I can still shop… as a try to walk out then say I can only spend 50?! Which one is it? Probably was just trying to save herself from a complaint… To bad!

This store could use a few tips from the girl working the register. She was very kind, patient and knowledgable. The other 2 employees working, however must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. 5 stars to the girl at the register. 2 to the overall store.

I come in often, for product, I always find what Iam looking for, Jon Paul is always very helpful, so are the other ladies, the place is pretty organized, I wish they carried more brands though.

I love it here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great deals. I found my new FAVORITE nail polish because of the guy who works there. He told me all about it and gave me a mini sample bottle. I AM IN LOVE WITH VENIQUE. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT, I went back a week later and bought 12 bottles
