History

Established in 2004.

Charles Relph started cleaning windows in early 2003, and caught the vision early to establish a company that San Deigo County could count on for generations.

The way he developed his vision, was to be in constant training of lifetime window cleaners. The Challenge was to find the right men and women who would carry an owner-​like attitude to their work.

11 years later, we are proud to see that vision developing. With now four locations in San Diego county, managed by the same men and women who were fully trained by Charles, we are able to better serve our clients locally.

Charles Relph developed C&C Window Cleaning from the ground up. Starting with strictly window cleaning, he learned over time the skills of pressure washing and screen repair.

He then went through the painful process of hiring and firing for about ten years, until the business ended up with several crews county wide run by awesome lifetime window cleaners.

Outstanding work! El Nino storms kicked in with full force. Gutters overflowing causing significant leakage into the house. I was referred to Chuck. He responded quickly to my call and was out the next day. He went right to work. He cleared the gutter clog and proceeded to power wash all the gutters to clear debris that was reducing the efficiency of the gutter for water to flow through the downspouts. Chuck was great to work with. The dirty gutter debris on and around the house was power washed. I highly recommend C&C Window Cleaning.

I have the utmost respect for small businesses that continually deliver exceptional service and can be relied upon for their professionalism. I found C&C on Unilocal and have referred my clients to them often and every time I am impressed by the feedback I receive. They follow through on their promises and put the customer first as their top priority which makes me feel confident when referring them. It is very difficult to find a more dedicated, personable, company to hire as your preferred Window Cleaners. You’d be hard pressed to find harder workers than Charles and his crew; they showed up late in the afternoon to accommodate our work schedule and spent at least a couple hours working (our house has a LOT of windows). The job was clearly more difficult than they thought, and while the cost did go up, it was still quite reasonable. They really went the extra mile to hit the hard-​to-​reach spots.
Our poor dog ran into a glass door because he thought it was open; it has never been so clean. Highly recommend these guys.

They do a great job and are in and out pretty quickly for my single story home. I have them do insides and out, plus screens for about 14 windows and it takes them about a half hour or so. Makes a big difference when I look out the windows and it’s clean and clear, and I just see the outside, instead of focusing on all the dirt and dust that’s accumulated on them! Definitely recommend them.

While I think work was good quality, the price came in higher than I expected and scheduling the work took some time and effort. I had a quote for the same amount that I ended up paying but it included doing the insides of the windows too. The reason I waited for this company was because I thought the price was going to be lower. I went ahead with them doing the work because I did not want to wait any longer.
I think there are companies out there with lower pricing, but I do not know about the quality. If you are flexible with your schedule you might may to get them a try.

I’m up in Los Angeles and needed to find reliable, good window cleaners for my parents house in San Diego. Got lucky and found these guys based on their excellent Unilocal reputation. My parents, who are pretty picky and tough customers were both highly impressed at the service and with how «polite» the cleaners were. I highly recommend them. They were even able to clean many hard to reach windows that hadn’t been cleaned in years due to their locations near the top of the vaulted ceilings. They’ve earned us as customers for life.

Just had our windows cleaned using a grupon $ 49 special, normally $ 100 for 20 exterior windows. Charlie did a great job, communicated his arrival time, counted the windows and went to work. Threw in an extra window! Great exterior clean, now my wife and I have to finish the interior, but thats ok. So impressed, we signed up for a semi annual scheduled cleaning, a good deal at $ 69! I highly recommend this company

We used C&C Window Cleaning for their screen repair last week and wanted to let everyone know how awesome they are. We recently moved into a new house where several of the screens had holes or were off the tracks. Charlie, Jessie, and their crew were fast, efficient, and affordable. I would highly recommend them and will use them over and over again. Charlie kept us updated when he would be coming and worked with our schedule to make it happen. Very professional and friendly. Charles and his crew are awesome. I hired them 2 weeks ago to clean my windows because I was putting my house up for sale. Price was very reasonable and was actually cheaper then all of the groupon deals that were available at the time. There was one issue where Charles was attempting to remove one of my windows for cleaning and the window cracked. He quickly owned up to it and had the window replaced 2 days later. He handled everything like a true professional.
I hired Charles again a week later to remove some old faded and cracked tint on 2 sliding glass windows. Once again he did an awesome job and at a reasonable price.

Price Changed! From $ 7.00 per window = $ 98.00; then $ 125.00; then a grand total of $ 180.00 when they came and started the work! BEWARE screens not included!
After they left, I notice that none of the window tracks were wiped either. They are all still dirty! If I could, I would post a picture of that, and the bird poops on my bedroom window that they didn’t bother to scrap off… very disappointed…

Getting ready to move, so had them come to clean my windows, repair a screen, and power wash the outside.
A neighbor in the complex had an emergency water shut off while they were here for my scheduled appointment, and Charlie kindly returned the next day to complete the job!
Everyone is courteous, prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced!

Charlie and his team were prompt, courteous, and absolutely professional. I really got my money’s worth after not cleaning windows for over 4 years! They were totally thorough in inspecting my screens as well — I had no idea there were two damaged ones that needed to be replaced and they re-​screened them onsite.
I’ll be sure to have them come back out every 6 months on a regular basis!

Charlie and his team are wonderful. They were very helpful and got the job done fast. I have glass railing on two levels of my house, a house you do not want to be on a ladder with a steep driveway.
They were great, I am happy to give this company the thumbs up. They did a throe job and friendliness. I am so happy that I will take advantage of their maintenance plans so so I never have to worry about washing a window, sliding glass door or glass rail again.

This company was excellent! Charlie, the owner was great at keeping me updated on when he would arrive, and if anything needed to be changed he was always willing to work around my schedule. All of his employees are clean cut, fast, and most importantly efficient. With great service and wonderful pricing there is no other window cleaning company in San Diego that I would use.
