This place is supper nice friendly we bought our first used tow truck from them back in the day. They where supper honest and we still use the truck till this day. Also the are supper friendly and also answer question the we have. Thanks guys form A&D towing

I called Clancys to tow my car after a wreck. They moved me from A to B quickly and courteously. They even accepted my insurance, which was very helpful. I would recommend their services.

This is a terrible, disrespectful and rude establishment. I was in a head on collision three days ago, which led to me being carted to the ambulance on a stretcher. When the tow company came, called by the police on the scene, my boyfriend tried to get their contact information in order to come pick up my totaled car. The tow guy WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO HIM. He literally made my boyfriend TAKE A PICTURE of his tow truck. Then, the company wouldn’t let us collect the rest of our belongings from the vehicle or even let our insurance company pick it up without a notarized letter, delivered in person. On top of that, when we finally got the letter and arrived at the tow place, the guy was just a complete asshole and literally said, «I have to go, someone else will be here later.» And closed the window in my face. So now here we are, three days after an awful accident just wanting to get my house keys out of my car, waiting on «someone else» to come let us in. Disgusting.
*UPDATE* Eric was the only redeeming member of the place. He was very courteous and patient. He ended up being the one who actually towed my car and remembered us, apologizing for not giving my boyfriend a business card at the time. It was much appreciated.

Great service! I locked my keys in my trunk, they came within half an hour of calling, took about 5 mins to open the car! They are great!

Clancy’s team took the time to explain the reasoning and approach for procedures in regards to towing, which i had no clue between AAA towing services and hired by the local police tow. Their patience and competence made a difference in my outlook on towing, and helped me make an informative decision. Thanks Clancy’s team for a job well done, i truly appreciate it.

***AVOID Clancy’s Towing at ALL COSTS!!*** They will rip you off! My car got towed back in July 2012 for exp. tabs. I was told I would be able to get it back. However since it was a Saturday night, I couldn’t get it out til Monday at the earliest since the DMV was closed on Sunday. So I got my new tabs and registration as fast as I could and came back to them on Tuesday afternoon. They refused to let me have my car back for anything less than $ 395!!! They were holding my car hostage and didn’t care if the DMV was closed and wouldn’t be reasonable. They were charging me for hookup $ 200+ plus 3 days of storage when my car didn’t even get hooked up til 12am on Sunday. A normal tow is just $ 50-​$ 70 and reasonable, but when the police call their favorite tow company they charge the customer $ 200+ $ 65! Charging $ 200 for the same tow is financially raping the customer. I’m sure the cops get a nice kickback from the tow company too.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Had a vehicle towed from my house and the vehicle was damaged. I was told to speak to the manager. Long story short I can’t get her to return any of my calls, simply holding back to try to get the matter to blow over. STAY AWAY!

Found them here on Unilocal after my car broke down. The driver Paul, arrived within half an hour, he was friendly. Easy conversation as we were heading towards the shop.

DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY! I used them by reference from by insurance co. Had a small problem that has turned large! They won’t even return my calls. That is no way to do business!
