they get the job done right a quickly everytime for me. a bit on the pricey side but its worth it to me.

I stopped here today to get a bouquet of flowers for the kitchen table. I didn’t anything too fancy just a nice inexpensive bunch of flowers.
When I walked in the ladies seemed to be a little busy doing stuff but for better service someone could have said hello before I basically got to the counter. I asked how much their flowers were and if they just had a bouquet but the lady said they had some loose flowers and stuff in the fridge area and to go on in and give it a look. No problem. BUT it would be cool if they had like a starting point to at least give people a starting point with how much they want to spend.
Long story short I put together some stuff and am pretty happy with what I bought BUT next time I’ll try to find a mom and pops little shack kind of place I seem to have better interaction with the people that work at those kind of places they are more likely to jump right in and try to help u figure out what you want.
All constructive criticism just maybe a little more customer service because I’m sure people don’t know exactly what they want all the time.

Wow this place is far from great. My husband ordered flowers, chocolates and a bear and the only item I received were the flowers. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because the flowers were very beautiful.

This florist is awesome!!! I picked up my arrangement of flowers today and was blown away! It was a Christmas arrangement and knowing how busy they were I was so pleased with the way it looked. Everyone who has seen it was amazed! Absolutely the best customer service!

After checking several web sites to find the best product for my money i choose Conroy’s Flowers in El Cajon, Ca. Off Broadway. I found a beautiful arrangement on there web page for my daughter’s birthday. I had to have them delivered before 3Pm the next day. With 1 day notice the flowers were delivered on time. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was just beautiful. The joy in my daughter’s voice was worth every penney. I will use them again in the future.

Arrived at the location at 5pm on a Wednesday afternoon. The two women working were definitely not interested in having a customer. Too busy doing other things to truly acknowledge and help. It was a weird vibe almost like an unspoken comment of ‘shoot, what is he doing here?’ I had to take a peek at the door, was it really closed and I somehow was able to walk in when I shouldn’t have? No, just not friendly and not helpful. Left as it was obvious that my presence was a bother. Left and went down 2^nd to another florist that was just the opposite. Take your business to someone who truly values your business.

Ordered $ 300 worth of flowers for my mother-​in-​law ’ s funeral service. We ordered on Monday or Tuesday for a Saturday funeral. Luckily my mom went in to Conroy ’ s to check on our order the day before the funeral because they hadn’t ordered the necessary flowers for our arrangements. The women working in the store showed absolutely no concern and did not apologize for their mistake. They were simply not going to fill the order. The only reason I am giving this florist 1 star is because by chance the owner of the store came in as my 80 year old mother was close to tears of frustration. As soon as he came in, the women, who had been doing absolutely nothing before, started pretending that they were hard at work. The owner found our order in the computer (no one else seemed able to find it before) and he insisted they complete the order immediately. I thought everything was fine except we clearly asked for a 9 am delivery and the flowers didn’t arrive until around 9:40 am as guests were arriving! The delivery woman was extremely rude also. I will NEVER use this florist for anything ever again. The owner seems like a good guy but his employees are destroying his business.

I wanted to thank Conroy’s for the specially effort their driver, Greg, made in delivering birthday flowers to my 94-​year old father in Alpine.
The GPS directions didn’t take Greg to the correct place, so he called the number on the order and reached me in Oregon. He was very patient as I pulled up an online map. Together we figured out the correct route on the strange mountain roads of Alpine. Greg even called back to let me know the delivery was made.
Thank you so much for making my father’s day — and mine. I will definitely be using Conroy Flowers of El Cajon again.

Thanks to them, we ran over an hour late to our wedding ceremony. We went into Conroy’s about 3 months prior to our wedding. I ordered my bouquet and 7 boutonnieres for the groomsmen. The flowers were all to be ready and waiting at 9am on the day of our wedding. My husband went to Conroy’s to pick up the flowers at about 10am. They only had the bouquet and ONE boutonnière!!! It’s not that the other boutonnieres weren’t ready… the problem was that the idiot salesperson never put them in the system. They had us down for one bouquet and one boutonnière for over $ 300!!! Of course we had our receipt, showing what we actually paid for. My husband then had to wait an hour while they made the remaining boutonnieres. They then just sent him on his way. Not apologetic at all… they didn’t even offer to give a discount or refund the items that were not ready. We will NEVER use Conroy’s services again and we will make sure everyone we know refuses their services as well!

I came in with a picture from Pinterest and a desire to have a bouquet that included succulents and orchids. I was called the day before my wedding to come inspect my bouquet so any last minute changes could be made if needed. The bouquet was lovely and included every element I requested. I was treated very well by the owner and had an extremely positive experience after another florist shooed me out the door with my outlandish Pinterest request.

Terrible delivery and worse customer service. I ordered flowers for my elderly mother for Mother’s Day. I requested that the flowers be delivered on Saturday. The flowers weren’t delivered. When I called on Sunday, the person taking the call said, «well I say it’s been delivered.» When I said the flowers weren’t delivered she asked, «what do you want me to do about it?» Bottom line, the flowers finally arrived at 6PM on Mother’s day. DO NOT use this florist. No apologies from them, no remorse… don’t use.

Horrible service. My son ordered flowers from this company’s online site and requested in their special request box to deliver the flowers in the morning on Mother’s Day. The flowers were delivered at 10:00 pm on Mother’s Day! In addition the vase was filthy and the arrangement looked as if they rushed putting it together. Not to mention the flowers were not at all what was pictured online. I called the company in the morning and their answer was: «well, you received the flowers didn’t you?» I could not believe it. I have used Conroy Flowers in other cities, and never had a problem. If you care enough to send flowers to someone, do not use this flower shop as they obviously do not care.

My boyfriend ordered flowers from this location and sent them to my work. They smelled like cigarettes so badly that I had to take them away from the front desk because people were disgusted. There were also a ton of misspelled words.
I called to inform the people that their driver maybe shouldn’t be smoking up a storm in the delivery van and she said ok I’ll let the boss know and hung up. No sorry or anything.

I was sent an arrangement after the loss of my sister from a dear friend, e flowers were very beautiful & they lasted for almost 2 weeks. It was a nice fall arrangement & the colors yellow, red & orange all were very nice together. The delivery driver was very professional & I will use Conroy’s again as needed.

I came here for my wedding bouquet last minute since my original florist didn’t work out. I told the ladies what I wanted, and they were very helpful and since I came in the day before they normally go to the market to get their flowers, they picked up special flowers just for me! I picked up my bouquet the morning of the wedding and it was really pretty, however not top quality. But the bouquet ended up looking really good in the pictures.
I give 4 instead of 5 stars because the bouquet seemed over priced for what it was. But the customer service was great and the ladies were helpful and took the time to understand what I wanted and they made it happen :)

I am giving 5 stars for the end service I received.
I went in with my daughter to get a corsage for my mom for Mother’s Day, was told by a couple different ladies that it couldn’t be done, I knew I was taking a risk cause of the lateness of my request, so we were looking at flowers to make a bouquet for her.
Over walks a gentleman, didn’t get his name, who says to us that he will make the corsage for me. I was super impressed with his service. My mom was super impressed with the corsage (she cried), even my Gramp was impressed with it after hearing the story.
Everything went well, thanks to that gentleman.

I got a beautiful bouquet of Flowers from here. They lasted over two weeks and I was pleased with the customer service I received. Prices are a little high but all I’m all I will return since the flowers were so nice

Came here for my mom’s birthday flowers and the older lady that helped me was very rude. I was very disappointed at this place, so I ended up buying flowers at Vons :).

When I paid $ 60 for an arrangement of 6 roses on Valentine’s day I wasn’t looking for a negative experience. I’m giving this florist two stars only because they tried twice to deliver what I ordered. My order wasn’t really that complicated, just send what is shown on their website. I am writing this review because I think people should know that this Conroy’s shop is just not capable of delivering what they advertise on their website. The cheap vase was not the same, the flowers were not the same, the greens were not the same and there was an ugly white ribbon on my yellow bouquet.
I would have gotten a better deal paying $ 20 with Pro-​Flowers. I was willing to pay a premium because I wanted a premium product. I would have been better off going to Von’s.
Anyone can throw some flowers in a vase. The reason you go to a florist is because you want someone with talent and experience to arrange the flowers in a beautiful composition. This place seems to believe they can just throw the stuff together and take your money. The difference between when someone like you and me puts paint on a canvas and Pablo Picasso is talent and composition. You will not find any of that here. They can’t even copy the photo on their website.
When you order flowers you want it to be right the first time. You don’t want it to have to be redelivered and definitely not bad two times… that’s what happened.
The first delivery looked like amateur hour. The second wasn’t much better… more like bushes with some roses thrown in.
When I called I asked for their email address so I could send pictures of what I got and what they have on their website so they can look at them together and understand my disappointment. Yes, they have a website. No they don’t do email. After insisting on an email address I was given one by the woman who answered the phone and it was confirmed by the woman who eventually took the call who I understood to be the person running the shop. After all of that, the email came back as un-​deliverable. So I had to call again to address this and I was told to send my complaint in a new format, via text. I sent three and got no response until I prompted the woman to respond.
The woman running the place told me as a defense «I pulled the best roses out of the cooler myself»… going to a florist, as I have alluded to, is not about finding someone who can discern between good and bad roses in a cooler.
This has been a massive waste of money and a waste of my time ad nauseaum.
Bottom line: Get your flowers anywhere else at least that way you’ve got a chance of being happy with your purchase.

I ordered roses for my girlfriend through 1800FLOWERS and they got my arrangement from this shitty ass florist. What looked like a dozen and half pink roses on the picture, full and luscious, and in a medium vase turned out to be FOUR roses in a tiny vase that’s as small as almost the palm of my hand. I payed $ 50 for these. THERE’S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY these 4 crappy roses are worth $ 50! This place ought to be ashamed of their «arrangements» they deliver. And judging from the other Unilocalers’ reviews, their customer service sucks too. so no difference in trying to call them to complain. I will NEVER get flowers from this location again!!!
