It’s better than Arbor Hills. However, when we constantly have to remind them to bathe our mom, week after week, it’s a bit much. Also, we take her clothes purchased at a thrift store, they keep telling us, at least every month, if not more often that she has no pants, and we keep telling them we have brought her pants, but they can’t find them, it’s also frustrating. Do we need to get a receipt every time? We’ll be taking her pants once a week. Do they throw them away when they become soiled? A bit disappointed in Country Hills for this aspect. We label the clothes as requested, but they still lose them or toss them out. Also, our mom has an issue with hemroids and they need to keep her clean!!!
