Worse customer service I’ve received in a retail store in a long time. Their policies make it near impossible for them to put their customer first! I bought a O.P.I color from their new neon line, trusting the brand, I did not think I needed to ask to «try it on first». When I discovered the polish I bought just would not go on evenly I visited the store on two separate occasions trying to EXCHANGE it for something else that I could at least use. They refused, siting their receipt disclaimer that you pretty much can’t return 99% of what they sell in their store, regardless of defectiveness or not. I had them call the owner, and they basically said to tell me they can’t help me. I ended up writing to O.P.I directly who apologized for the bad experience and offered to replace my product via US mail. They sent me TWO replacements to make up for the faulty polish. THAT is how you should show customers you value their business. Empire Beauty will never get a dollar from me again, EVER! There is plenty of competition that will treat me like they appreciate me spending my money there and want me to return to do it again and again. Trust and believe I will tell everyone I know to avoid EMPIREBEAUTY in the PARKWAYPLAZAMALL, El Cajon, CA.

This place is my favorite Empire beauty supply. The store is very clean and well organized with big selection of beauty products. The customer service is awesome. Angelina is the best. She is so helpful and caring and sincere. Salesperson’s attitude is really important. I will definitely return to this location. I rather drive more than going to the one closer to my house.

First time I went in with my fiancé to buy hair dye and a woman named Erica had told my fiancé that her hair was faded and looked bad. I dyed it for her and we ran out so that was why we went in. The store was very clean just horrendous customer service
