Finish line is the only place I get my shoes from… The reason being is Isiah. He is probably the BEST Finish line employee, every time I go to Finish line(which is very frequently) he makes sure I leave happy and I do always. He doesn’t hesitate at all to help me get the shoes I want. He always helps me order them online and he even goes through the trouble to transfer them from another stores even if store isn’t in California. Not only is Isiah so helpful he is also very friendly and he always has a smile on his face. It is not easy working retail but Isiah makes it seem effortless with his patience towards customers and his positive attitude. I recently found out he will no longer continue to work with finish line and I’m very sad to see him go… Finish line will never be the same without you. Thank you for all the times you helped me out!!! Truly appreciate it.

Super friendly, no hassle, was greeted right away. I waited a couple minutes, I could see the sales person was busy at the register doing something, would have been 5 stars if I was told it would be a couple minutes. I would recommend this location.

After having to deal with 3 different people on the customer service line, I finally got into a store. Lucas, at Finish Line in Parkway Plaza, was awesome. He was patient and attentive and sympathetic after hearing all the bs I went through. He handled everything, even he had to speak to 2 different people on the customer service line before getting a resolution. If not for him, I’d probably never shop with the company again. Online shopping with Finish Line and the customer service line, I give 0 stars. Finish Line in Parkway Plaza, I give 5 stars.

After 10 years of buying all my shoes at finish line, I am sad to say that after my experience here today I will NEVER go to another Finish Line. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online, neither one of them fit so I decided to return them here(rather then going through the long process of sending them back). I walked in and went straight to the counter, after waiting for about 8 minutes a guy finally came over. I explained I needed a refund, first he just gave me a dirty look then proceeded to tell me if I wantedyo«browse» while he did whatver he was doing. So me being the polite person I am, I said ok, assuming he would help me with my refund in a few minutes. I ended up finding a pair of shoes and some socks. I asked for my size, and after the other guy trying to sell me this and that, i was finally rude and just walked away. I take my thingsto the counter… waited…waited…waited and then finally got helped. I said you can just take the amount of my refund, and put the rest on my card. No big deal right? WRONG! After he went through all the dramtics, and me having to correct him on the amount twice, I’m ready to check out. He said you have 4.15 left and then once agin tries to sell me laces, shoe cleaner, blah blah blah… and after once agaon having to finally be rude and say«no, just put my money back on my card» this idiot had the nerve to say«its only 4 dollars» WHAT? I almost lost it. Sooooo he then says swipe your card for MY4.15 $ to be put back on my card. Guess what? 10 minutes later, I look. on my phone to check that it was there. Suprise, suprise its not! Shame on him, and finish line as a whole. I will. not be returning ever again. FYI my refund should have been 9.07 not 4.15 jackass.

Excellent customer service by a young woman named Genea n there is a 20% military discount! Genea was on point with her attitude, professionalsm and speed. When she couldn’t find the shoes we wanted in my grandson’s size, she brought out something similar… who freaking does that anymore? Keep this young woman, she is def an asset to your store… fast, professional and very friendly!
