Worst customer service ever! The girl in dispatch sounds like she’s 12 and seems to not know anything about what she’s doing, kept putting me on hold. I was trying to set up a tow for a Friday morning and called them on Wednesday morning. They were supposed to call me back, I waited then I finally called them back, only to be told they would call me back again. They never called back so I called again next day only to be told they would call me RIGHT BACK…45 minutes later, still no call. I ended up going with Road One and had things set up within 10 minutes.
