She has been working with computers all of her life. She has always owned one and was constantly taking apart and putting them back together. Born and raised in San Diego.

Went to JK Computer services and dropped off my Panasonic Toughbook with a broken screen. Eddie had great knowledge and a speedy turn around. JK also appreciates our military by offering a discount. Eddie is also prior Navy.

Amy is AWESOME!!! I brought in a HD I pulled out from my Macbook Pro. I got everything handled except in the end, I couldn’t get the last 3 screws out of the sides so the HD fit securely in the enclosure. I was going to El Cajon that day so I picked JK Computers. I walked in and Amy was there alone but on the phone. She was apologetic to me which wasn’t necessary since I walked in after she was already handling the customer on the phone first. I showed her what my situation was and she immediately went to work — BAM! she had those screws out in less than a minute. When I asked how much when she was done, she was really cool and didn’t charge me. If I have any issues with my computer products, I’ll definitely consider taking them to Amy and JK.

JK is amazing not only for their customer service, but for the knowledge and patience in explaining.
I was worried that they were PC oriented and not sure the Mac issue I had could be handled by them but I walked in with a painfully abused Macbook and I walked out with a working Mac, full tutorial and recommendations to help keep it going. All within 12 hours.
Can’t ask for better! Thanks Karl, Billy & David. Professionalism at its finest.
