Attorney Arnold has prepared and filed more than one thousand bankruptcy cases in the Southern and Central Districts of California. Attorney Arnold has also represented some of the country’s largest mortgage lenders in bankruptcy proceedings in the Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California.
Attorney Arnold is an expert in debt negotiation, having helped pioneer debt negotiation departments in major law firms and having worked as corporate counsel and president of corporations in the «charged off» receivables industry. Attorney Arnold offers debt negotiation services as an alternative to clients who prefer to resolve their financial problems outside of bankruptcy.
