Little Caesars

I hate making complaints, most of my reviews are positive and there is even a 5 star review on my profile for a little Caesars at a different location, I just couldn’t ignore this experience.
Now, I have grown up with having little Caesars every now and then, it’s super cheap, and the pizza tastes fine, it’s nothing mind blowing, but it is what it is, cheap, quick, good pizza. It was my first time at this location and the costumer service was just ridiculous.
Ordering on the phone the guy just was kinda having a hard time understanding what we wanted, but he repeated the order and it was correct, one deep dish pizza, and one order of Italian cheese bread, soooooo I couldn’t understand what happened when we ended up paying for a deep dish, a $ 5 hot and ready and regular crazy bread… in the car I was like, oops I think we got the wrong order, went back inside. I told the guy we were fine keeping the crazy bread and forgetting about the cheesy bread but we didn’t want the $ 5 pizza, cause two people don’t need two whole pizzas, and he told me his register was closed and couldn’t refund the pizza. Unacceptable… so I called the GM in the morning to explain and he was pretty defensive and said it was policy that when the pizza leaves they can’t refund u. The best part is that he offered to give me another $ 5 hot and ready for free, which is ridiculous cause I had already ended up with too much pizza the night before, why would I want more? I don’t need the $ 5 we wasted on the hot and ready (which was more like old and ready), it’s more about the principle, terrible customer service. I still love little Caesars, this location however has poor customer service, so I’ll just go to a different location not owned by this franchise owner. If the pizza had been FRESH I probably wouldn’t have been so annoyed. But poor service made the old pizza even worse.

Whats the point of having huge advertisement stating hot and ready. Even the small print specifically says certain times. Well I’m here between those specified times and guess what. 10 min wait.
The pizza on the other hand is decent for the price. I’m only talking about the deep dish. The $ 5 ones I would rather eat the box it comes in. Way more flavor and not as dry!

I went in to get the cheddar pretzel crust pizza and was told that Little C is no longer offering them! I find it ridiculous for a company to try out a new flavor or product and get people liking it, and then pull it ! And then I got a pepperoni pizza since we were there to get food, and it wasn’t very hot and not much cheese. Huge disappointment.

Came in after closing hour not realizing it but the gentlemen happily made and handed me two fresh pepperoni pizzas. In Texas locations usually close later and I apologized for making them stay a little longer but they told me thank you for my business and even wished me a good night. Small gestures go a long way.

Being one of those days and not wanting to make something for dinner, not spend a lot of time at a particular place, I found myself here order hot and ready pepperoni pizza and an order of oven roasted wings.
The wings were cooked well but a little on the small side. The oven roasted wings are only lightly seasoned then baked (
). They did have a strong peppery flavor which I liked. The pizza was okay and it had that look like it had been sitting for a while, and it was not as warm as it should of been (
). The flavor was okay, the sauce light, and it came with and average amount of cheese and pepperoni (
). The crust was good. It was a little thicker for some reason then usual, but it tasted good and had a moist texture with a slight crusty crust on the ends (
).
Service was pretty good. It took a little long for my order to be taken because the employees were in the back working I guess, but when one came to the front, he apologized.
Pizza Pizza…

I come here all the time because my boys like their hot and ready pizza. My problem is that they never have any hot and ready pizza we always have to wait. The one at 2^nd ave always have hot and ready to go
