When it comes to orthodontic innovations, we pride ourselves on having the latest technological advances in digital X-​rays and imaging, lasers, and individualized treatment plans. In addition to traditional metal and clear braces, we offer Invisalign® clear aligners and In-​Ovation® self-​ligating braces. In addition to treating children and teens, Dr. Miroue is known for his expertise in treating complex interdisciplinary adult cases in collaboration with cosmetic dentists and other dental specialists.

We have a long-​term, friendly staff, many of whom have been with us for 20 to 30 years. Each person has been hand-​picked for experience, friendly demeanor, and patient-​first attitude. History

Established in 1975.

Dr. Miroue graduated from one of the most prestigious orthodontic schools in the nation, the University of Washington, Seattle in 1975.

He graduated first in his dental school class and received the «Outstanding Thesis Award» from the University of Washington, Department of Orthodontics Seattle, where he received his masters degree in Orthodontics.

He initiated his practice in Fletcher Hills in 1975 and has treated over 15,000 happy patients.

Dr. Miroue has lectured to the San Diego Academy of Orthodontists, the USC Odontic Seminar Society, the graduating class of Loma Linda Orthodontic school, and many other groups. He is well known and respected in the dental community.

I was one of Doctor Miroue’s patients several years ago. Back when I became his patient, I was 16 years old. I was somewhere around 20 or 21 years of age when I finally finished my treatment. Around 2006 I was in a severe bicycle accident that left me with broken braces, a broken bone, and a missing tooth. Miroue called my mother when he found out I was hospitalized for an accident just to make sure I was okay and she was going to be okay. Once I was recovered, I continued my treatment with him and he even attached a flipper to my braces so that I wouldn’t have a gap in my front teeth. He also attached a false tooth to my retainer for the same reason. Doctor Miroue is a very kind and caring man and I can’t believe he’s still in business! I would happily refer anyone in need of orthodontic treatment to him.

Dr. Miroue was recommended to me by a family friend. I saw Dr. Miroue and his staff for 6 months for braces. I had a wayward tooth that had twice moved since having braces and Invisalign (many many years ago from other providers). I consulted with another orthodontist who wanted $ 6,000 for the job and wanted to do way more work than I needed done. So glad I went. For only $ 900 (which I paid in six installments), he moved my tooth and gave me a retainer that I can wear for the rest of my life. I have confidence that the tooth will not move again.
I had some anxiety issues about the work that needed to be done. My teeth are very very sensitive. Dr. Miroue and his team were compassionate and were gentle with me and I was able to get the work done. Now my teeth are straight.
In a couple of months I plan to have my teeth whitened by Dr. Miroue and his team.
I would recommend Dr. Miroue to anyone who needs an orthodontist. He is effective, has reasonable rates, and is a pleasure to work with.

I would give him 10 stars if I could. He has done my daughter’s teeth, my wife, and now my son. Very reasonable. Allows interest free payment schedule (unheard of) and contributes heavily to our school as well. So we have been with him for close to 10 years and now another few more with my son.

Went back on Thursday for a new retainer, the experience was flawless. Also, it was real confidence booster when Dr. Miroue said my smile was still a 10 out of 10 sixteen years after my braces were removed. Can we talk about how he still has the Sega Genesis consoles? I always chuckle a little to myself when I see them, Dr. Miroue knows a classic when he sees it ;)

I’ve been seeing Dr. Miroue since I was in the second grade (I had really messed up teeth) and my older brother went to him before I did. He’s very very good at what he does. I’ve always been sensitive to pain and would get a lot of work done each visit so I usually left teary-​eyed but he’s got a sense of humor, he’s very caring and professional, and he knows what he’s doing. I haven’t been to the office in almost 3 years but I had braces for 8.5 years and all of his staff have always been so caring with my brother and I. Andrea is great at what she does too, and she’s always been very nice. We ran into her at the store once and talked for over an hour! I have straight, white, healthy teeth and if I could post a picture of what they looked like when I first walked in, you would think it was photoshop! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Second child with Dr Miroue got her braces off today! We have been seeing Dr Miroue on and off for 9 years and it has been such a wonderful experience. Dr Miroue is so fun with the children and the parents equally enjoy his wit. I am actually going to miss seeing the Dr and his wonderful staff. I highly recommend Dr Miroue as an orthodontist.

Very unsatisfied. I’m an adult and didn’t want railroad tracks so got the «Invisalign» tray braces. I had braces as a teen, but quit wearing my retainer and they got crooked again. Dr. Miroue is knowledgable, but I didn’t care for his business ethics. First of all, they were offering a discount if you paid up front, and in cash. «I thought, «wow, I can save some money». So I paid up front. Big mistake. Dr. Miroue rushed through the process, sometimes setting my appointments only a week after I had just gotten a new tray. My teeth had barely gotten used to the old tray. OUCH! My mouth was so sore, I could hardly stand to chew. Secondly, after he had rushed me through the treatment, my new retainer tray didn’t fit right, so I needed to have some adjustments made. Seems he didn’t want to spend any more time on me once the treatment was done. His office didn’t even bother to return my call! The third time I called, I left a message saying I thought it was unprofessional and that I would really appreciate a call back. Finally got a return call and, after making a big stink, got another appointment and got my final tray fixed. Don’t ever pay up front, it just means they will get you in and out in as little time as possible and with as little effort/​care as possible. And I STILL think it’s very unprofessional not to return a patient’s phone call… even if, in your mind, you think you’re finished with them.

Dr. Miroue does FANTASTIC work. When I was looking for an ortho for my 2 sons, I asked a friend if she knew of any docs in my area. She said «Dr. Miroue, he did my teeth.» Well, her teeth are perfect, so I brought my children there. When my oldest son first started, his bottom teeth literally came in sideways. Here we are a couple of years later, and his braces just came off, and his teeth are movie-​star perfect! With Dr. Miroue you don’t get what you pay for… you get much much more… you get PERFECTION!!!

The doctor is AMAZING!!! His personality and workmanship is phenomenal. HOWEVER, the STAFF is EXTREMELY RUDE. I shell out thousands for my kids teeth, you think these «women» and I use that word loosely, another word comes to mind actually but I’ll leave that one alone … would be semi kind to the clients. each time I speak to one of them on the phone or in person they seem like I’m inconveniencing them. I only call to schedule appointments that the doctor requests. I’ve been treated better by grumpy DMV employees. Anyway, wear a thick skin when you come in here. Moody «you-know-what’s» cackling is what you can expect. Again, the doc is the bees knees tho.

Dr. Miroue took care of our daughter’s orthodontia and we could not be happier. We felt that he was always looking out for her, that his treatment was very reasonable, and that his number one priority was a good result.
The office atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Miroue and his staff are friendly and caring. Maybe the best recommendation came from a dentist friend of ours. Upon hearing that Dr. Miroue was taking care of our daughter, he said without hesitation: «That guy is an artist.»

A friend’s Facebook post asking for Orthodontist suggestions prompted me to post this review. And I NEVER write reviews. But in reminiscing about my experience with Dr. Miroue I almost felt obligated. A decade later and I still have super straight teeth. He planned out everything perfectly, showed me step by step everything he was going to do, and was super nice. He’s funny too! But also slightly weird, haha. The overall atmosphere of the office is great too. TV’s at every station to help you relax and some of the nicest assistants possible. I never even had to wear retainers during the day time when i got my braces off and the ones he did give me were just a set of invisiline braces. Nothing chunky in the roof of my mouth. I highly recommmend him!

This guy is awesome. He was recommended to me by Dr. Williams (dentist). I had braces when I was a kid, but I was not happy with the results, so I decided to get them again as an adult. This time I went to the best of the best. And I found him.
I was nervous about having braces as an adult, but I was surprised that almost every time I went in, there were other adults getting worked on too! In 14 months, my teeth were perfect. I am very happy.
Dr. Miroue has a very interesting life story. He’s just an all around great person.
