Mr Cut

Sam is the best barber in town hands down! He is always ready to make you look your best, regardless or hair type or anything else. I’ve been a regular customer for years. Actually, once I moved away from east county I made it a weekly thing to come see this guy. Please do your self a favor and have him fix what ever your current barber stylist is doing.

Looking for a barber in Spring Valley. The search is over. Cade gave me an excellent and fast haircut. I’m military so I’m picky. I left very happy with the fade. Great Haircut for a great price.

Alex is the man… if it wasn’t for him, I would not be coming to Mr. Cut. I used to go to a different barber since I was a little kid, and when they got too expensive and made me wait for over an hour to get a haircut, I stopped going there. I was growing my hair and would want to get the back of my neck lined up, so I would try different barbers that could clean it up for me without ruining my hair. I noticed after a couple of visits to a different barber, that he was ruining the back of my hair line and actually taking hair away from the back of my head. I was referred to Mr. Cut to see Alex and he took me in no problem… although he is very busy. He immediately saw that the other barber at a different shop messed up my hair and even though it was hard, he fixed it! I couldn’t believe it and I’ve been going to him since. I haven’t had anyone else cut my hair for almost two years now. All of the other barbers in this shop are pretty cool and fun to be around as well. I found my new barber shop, and they are only $ 12!

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new barber shop and found the establishment on Unilocal.I was immediately greeted by Cade and was taken to the chair. The shop was clean and Cade was friendly and engaged in lite conversation. He gave a great cut for $ 12. While I would give Cade and his services 5 stars, I did have to dock one star due to the fact that the gentleman who washed my hair smelled like smoke and rushed through the wash. Other than that it was a great experience. Side note, my wife loved my haircut.

I have been coming here for 14 years and each time I am satisfied. I drive 30 minutes just to get my hair cut. The environment is great and it’s very affordable. Check it out!

What a cool manly professional atmosphere. Came in to give my kid a real barber experience now that he’s a big 4^th grader. No more booster seats and dinosaur capes from supercuts with a lolly pop for him.
Not only did he get a super cool haircut, his barber chatted him up like a real customer and he even got some old spice! Very manly.
They have a giant wall of products but no one tried to sell me a bag full of stuff. I hate places that do that. If I need gel, I’ll buy it.
My kid walked out with a huge smile on his face. Awesome experience.

Been coming here for a long time. The people here are very courteous and the the place is always clean. I usually get my haircut by Mark, he’s a real pro at what he does.
All the barbers here seem to be masters of their craft, on the weekends usually there is a bit of a wait so I would recommend calling in advance.

I have been going there for more than 8 years now. Staff are very nice, Anwar is the best of course. Very organized and never let customer wait. A hair cut there is only $ 12, which is very cheap comparing to their great quality of work.

this is an awesome place. i go their every three week to get my hair cut by mark. mark is really funny guy and nice. he gives really nice hair cuts and makes happy when you go there. i gave this place a 5 stars because they’ve been with me really great since 2009.

I used to go to a chain salon but the chain salon messed up my simple hair cut one too many times do I came to Mr Cut after they were recommended to me. They were cheaper, faster, nicer and did a much better job. I came in for a cut before my wedding and Mark spent extra time to make sure it was perfect.

Picked this place because we were shopping across the street, man were we impressed. No wait, quick haircut and a TV at every chair. Straight razor to the back of my neck and washed my hair. You would think that was enough, but to top it off my wife was impressed with the cut, which isn’t an easy feat. Thanks Mr Cut, I will be back.

These guys are great. Mark really goes the extra mile getting my hair just right. I would recommend this place for sure.

Mark is the best everyone at Mr Cut is a perfectionist! You get your hair washed before the cut and after and styled for $ 12! In and out in a jiffy with the most professional service and the cleanest establishment around… They have really great prices on hair products too and a TV at each station so you can watch whatever you want. They also offer you water, tea or coffee and whatever they are eating at the time a very family oriented place! I drive all the way from mission valley to get my hair cut out here. I pass about 100 salons and barbers on the way so you know it’s worth it. Make sure you call ahead for an appointment or else you may wait for a minute these guys booked!

They employ many barbers and you get the impression of the joint being very busy. However, I wasn’t at all impressed with the service. They tend to rely a lot on electric razors and rarely get to use scissors, and that to me is a major let down. As to me a true barber relies mostly on a comb and scissors. They do offer a free haircut after 10 cuts. But I’d rather go to a local farmer and stand in line behind the sheep. As I’d most likely get the same result.

Been coming to Mr Cut for almost a decade now; since I was a kid! I have love for the entire staff who’s courteous and welcoming especially the owner Edward. Then there’s Ronnie, my main barber, who’s probably one of my favorite people in San Diego! Thanks for everything guys! It’s about time I wrote a review.
