I’ve been using this pack and ship now for over two years. The owners are always friendly & helpful; by now they know me on sight & will usually have my stuff ready by the time I walk thru the door. I can see how he may seem a little abrupt when you first meet him, but he’s actually quite friendly & is very nice to me & anyone I’ve ever brought in with me. The price for the mailbox & rent was definitely to lowest I was able to find in El Cajon.

Do not use this service. I was there to drop off a package for shipping to Cox Cable, you’d think: simple, straight-​forward, quick. Wrong. The owner is rude and obnoxious and refused to give me a receipt for the Fed Ex shipment, which is customary and nothing out of the ordinary. You would have thought I’d asked him for the moon. Reminded me of a bad imitation of Fred Sanford from the old sticom when he clutched his chest and dramatically rolled his eyes up as if having a heart attack.
So I Googled FedEx and luckily found a FedEx store about a mile or so away. Never, and I mean NEVER again.
