I was like a kid in a candy store when I came here today. So many cute handbags, jewelry and shoes I was throwing things in my cart left and right. I also found the cutest purse with a matching make up bag that my mom bought me for my birthday. I found a cute silver heart necklace and some nice dress socks(sheer) and I tried on almost every pair of shoes in the store. It was between two pairs of shoes I was deciding on. And if I really liked both I could get one of them for half off. The salesman Nate was very helpful. He catered to my every whim. He even took some heel pads out of the package to make the shoes I was trying on more comfortable. He was going to give them to me for free(I think). I wasn’t sure about the shoes though and decided to walk a bit before buying them. As many times as he adjusted the pads they still were a little uncomfortable. I thought to myself that he was going to kill me if I decided to not buy the shoes. I got up to the counter and I told him I wasn’t getting the shoes. He was dead silent. I tried to explain to him my situation. I felt really bad that he spent all that time with me and all that trouble and he didn’t make the sale. But the customer has to be 100% happy, right? Anyway he should have said something instead of looking upset at me. When you are spending that much money you want to be sure. These weren’t cheap in my book and the other shoes were already 20 dollars and I was racking up quite a bill with all the other stuff. So anyway I went home with the pair I wanted and all my goodies as well. I’m a happy camper. PS. This is edited to say that when Nate helped me it wasn’t 100% guarantee that I was going to even buy the shoes. I didn’t tell him to take those shoe pads out of the package to put in the shoes either. I think next time he probably won’t bend over backwards to help a customer. I probably ruined him for life. I’m sorry Nate if you read this!
