Just wanted to mention a customer service issue that was handled exceptionally well by factory today. Needed a part for a mask (broke from neglect, not poor quality). Factory requested I get the part form their local dealer. My particular dealer was going to impose a prohibitive fee to order the part (more than three times the cost that it would be to completely replace the mask!), I let factory know about the issue and they said they would send the part out at no charge. Wasn’t expecting a freebie but it is appreciated. I have been buying Scubapro since 1985 and love their products. Scuba shops come and go and can have their issues but Scubapro factory is always awesome! If a local shop isn’t handling an issue well, make sure to let Scubapro factory know. They will always help.

This is a small family shop from the looks of it. Only been here twice; to get my VIP/​hydro done on my tanks and pick up.
I think they said that their fills are $ 4.50 with a card; these days it’s probably competitive but I still have few fill cards elsewhere.

I LOVE SCUBAPRO!!! Man they make some great equipment! I recently purchased as S555 regulator with MK17 1^st stage and I couldn’t be happier. All scubapro or UWATEC gear is just top notch, I have never had any problems or complaints about it. When you are looking to buy scuba gear look no further than scubapro. My next puchase will be the s600 regulator and MK25 1^st stage, what a sweeeeet reg!
