I recently visited the sprint store on the corner of fletcher and Johnson and was greeted by Austin right away. I came in to upgrade my phone and he was very nice and helpful with setting up my phone and showing me how to use it instead of just getting the sale and getting me to leave. I’ve been coming in to the store every single month since November with issues with my phone or my bill and I can say the staff has been great and very helpful especially Mike very helpful and understanding and explaining to me things so I can understand, I do appreciate him having patience with me, and as well Noël. Anthony needs to work on his attitude, he’s a store manager and he needs to work on that.

My phone essentially broke the other day and I received my replacement but was having some trouble activating my new phone, so I came here. Austin helped me and told me my SIM card needed to be activated along with the new phone. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not to mention friendly. He answered any questions I had and didn’t make me feel stupid about what I was asking. Next time I need technical assistance with my phone or service, I’m coming back and hopefully Austin will be there to help me.

When arriving to this store they offered me a promo for 2 tablets. I was only going to be charged for the minimum $ 2.50 for data. However after leaving i was being charged for 2 ppl unlimited for my 1 phone they changed that then said they had charged me for 25 bucks on each tablets for unlimited data but my tablets were set to no data setting so i didnt even use it and they got a free 50 bucks for 2 months in a row so 100 dollars for shit we didn’t even use and an extra 30 dollars for them idiots to make changes on my phone bill what a fucking skam. I was help by mike and he clearly fuck my family over for a sale!

Horrible service. Waited to not be not helped. Wouldn’t exchange a case that was defective. Then wouldn’t help me because it was purchased from the mission valley store. Apparently they don’t have access to accounts because they are a franchise. Or so they say. I call b.s. Everyone else that was waiting was pissed off as well. Will never be back.

I visited this location for the first time. Austin was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. He helped fix my phone and my mom loves her new phone we got today. Austin made sure we got all that we needed and made sure we left satisfied. There was no wait when we walked in and got help right away. Great location; I highly recommend.

They ordered my a new iPhone 6 plus, since my phone wouldn’t work and I was under warranty. A month later and 4 trips to the store, I finally get a call saying my phone has arrived. I’ve been through this situation at another store and it only took 4 days for me to get my phone. It should not have taken that long. My advice is to take your phone to another Sprint store.

I had just received an email from my cell phone company, Virgin Mobile, with whom I have been with for over 9 yrs. It was an exclusive offer, for valued customers only, for a Samsung Galaxy6. $ 20 a month for 24 months, no money down, no credit check, and redeemable at any Sprint store immediately. Even though it sounded too good to be true, I became determined for an upgrade and had my heart set on a new Galaxy 6. So, I set off to Parkway Plaza, in El Cajon. Alvin was awesome. He greeted me and offered me assistance the second I walked in the door. I let him know that I had already been turned away by the 2 Sprint locations inside Parkway Plaza, one of them a kiosk, and the other, a corporate store. Neither of them would honor the deal. The girl with the purple hair at the corporate store even said she saw the email and said it was bogus. However, once I showed Alvin the email on my phone, he said it would be no problem and he would be happy to explain all the details of the offer and immediately started the process of transferring my service. The deal I got was fair and honest, and now I am a happy Sprint customer. Alvin was thorough and clear about all the details and made me feel comfortable as I switched over from my old provider. The phone… totally amazing.

Came by here with an issue on my phone bill and the crew was extremely attentive and they listened to my situation till I was done explaining. This is everything you want out of a phone store. Anthony and Masood took time out of what they were doing to address my situation almost like I was the only customer in the building! Anything you need phone-wise — don’t make the mistake of going to any other location. Thank you guys for everything!
