Under new management but still 2 stars. They fixed some things but broke others. We were lucky enough to be there when they had a power glitch. The brief power outage knocked out the computers and credit card system. This put the employees in a tailspin. When people went to pay they were told cash only. Checks and credit cards were refused. The staff told them to go to an ATM and come back. The customers walked out, leaving their food and letting the staff know of their displeasure. There were several non-uniformed people allowed behind the counter and in the back. It was disconcerting. And a customer who seemed to be known by the staff was allowed to hover near the cash register attempting to help, but annoying people and making things worse. Training should include what to do after a power outage. No welcome to Subway shouts here! They made our sandwiches, but were very sloppy, throwing the ingredients on the bread. We paid cash, got our food, so for us it was dinner and a show!

This used to be our go-to Subway when the previous owner ran it, but we are not impressed with the change in ownership. Sandwiches are okay, but beware of green tomatoes. The staff no longer greets you when you come in, and they are not very friendly. Also, the new owner immediately eliminated the black unsweetened tea and now offers only chemical-infused lemon or honey tea options. Why wouldn’t you keep the black tea and just provide lemons like many delis do? As we don’t drink soda, good tea is essential in choosing where we choose to eat, so we won’t be returning to this Subway again.

Well compared to my last subway review, this place beats that place by 100%, there are more then 4 parking spots for this subway. It was very clean, the cashier was very attentive, started casual conversation, excelled at multi tasking and effective.

Have been to lots of different Subways and they have always produced a great sandwich. This Subway was different. The bread literally fell apart. Dry, like week old bread. We ended up tossing it out. Will go two miles down the street to the one at Avocado and Chase.

One of the worst Subways I have ever been to. Its so close to my house but not again. The veggies were awful and not fresh, limited on the selection. The lady working there seemed miserable. This isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience here. The other couple times an older man, I think must be the owner/manager, treated his employees like crap. Spoke down to them and was just flat out mean. I have complained to Subway about this store and never heard anything. Actually drove past the other day and saw a sign saying under new management… wonder if its really different.

Stopped by there tonight on my way home and a girl with a lot of makeup made my sandwich. I was not impressed. The vegetables were in horrible shape. The cucumbers were gray and limp, the olives were old and mushy. I asked for extra spinach and she threw 3 more leaves on… So sad usually we love this store. I don”t know what happened, but I know I am going to think twice before I go back there. Makes me think next time I want a sandwich I will go to Vons and buy the stuff to make my own. Boo, Subway!

Always consistent. Always get the five dollar menu item. A real bargain. I go there about 2 to 3 times a month. Never really have to wait very long for service. The food is fresh. But don’t go there near closing time. They always try to upgrade you but I never do.

I’ve had better experience personally at other locations when it comes to eating at Subway. My only issue and concern when it comes to this specific subway location is the atmosphere and the employees attitude, I’ll be more specific and detailed I came to the subway to purchase a large turkey and bacon, the lady seemed confused when I asked to get extra bacon and to please to not toast or heat my sandwich all the way through meaning I would not like it to be or have the burned edges. I believe this location is ran and operated by the owner himself(which is great I don’t mind) but when you become stingy/worried if customer take advantage of the great deals that gets run by the«franchise» than it becomes awkward and annoying. Overall«Subway’s» food, product and quality of operation is amazing and i enjoy it every time I get a chance to grab a sub.

This is the best Subway in the area — always clean, usually friendly, and the sandwiches they make are good!

I came by here early in the morning about 6:45 am to pick up a one of their breakfast melts. I was very to see they were open and ready to go. I decided on their 6″ Subway Sunrise Melt that included tender turkey, crispy bacon, Black Forest ham and fluffy egg whites under a blanket of melted provolone cheese. I had my melt on a whole wheat roll.( ) I also added, tomatoes, fresh spinach, green peppers, and salt and pepper. It cost $ 4.00. After being nicely toasted, the sandwich was very good, but although it had two slices of bacon, the bacon was hardly noticeable. However, everything well together, and with a nice cup of coffee, I was ready for work. The service was good but I could tell that the employee was having a little difficulty being up so early in the morning. The place was very clean and organized. Thank you Subway for opening up so early in the morning.
