History

Established in 2009.

Superstition Motors Ltd is the dream of a young man with a passion for solving automotive problems and making vehicles work. After studying mechanical engineering, working as a production welder, fabricator and auto mechanic and re-​building and driving a championship race vehicle, Jack Doherty opened Superstition Motors Ltd. to bring his talent and services to the public. Named after California’s Superstition Mountain desert recreation area, Superstition Motors opened for business in July of 2009. With the goal of bringing the attention to detail and the quality of maintenance required to win in desert racing to your vehicle. At Superstition Motors trucks and cars are our passion and as always Safety, Quality and Customer Service.

Jack D.

Manager

Jack is an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician. He is an ASE Certified Master Collision Repair Technician. He holds certificates in engine repair, advanced engine performance, and diesel engines. He holds general repair certification for brakes, suspension and steering, drive trains and axles, automatic transmissions/​transaxles, exhaust systems, heating & air conditioning, and electrical/​electronic systems. He holds collision certifications for structural analysis and damage repair, non-​structural analysis and damage repair, painting & refinishing, mechanical & electrical components. He is an ASE Service Consultant.
