Holy crap! The worst. Order extra sauce and they charge you for it yet fail to add it along with the rest of the ingredients. This isn’t the first time this is happened, it’s every damn time. I have had a tortilla burrito, a meat and lettuce crunch wrap supreme, dry gordita crunch and soggy Mexican pizzas. If I saw those on the menu I would definitely order those at every taco bell I come across. Please get new management!

I only have 1 reason for coming here. A picky eating child sees a Wendy’s or a Taco Bell and suddenly he’s hungry. While killing time nearby it’s become a bit of a habit that we’ll go here to feed him and sometime we’ll get something to tide us over. The staff is pretty nice and always gives us the«student» discount, which I didn’t even know was a thing until recently. The service is quick and they do a good job of not showing obvious tension which I see them blow off when off the clock or on break. It’s clean for the most part and well stocked on condiments. They get great western exposure during sunset and a steady flow of customers. The parking lot is a mess, usually very dirty. The prices are on par with other locations and quality of food is not bad. They do not yet have the new automated ordering touchscreen system. The ice machine does crushed ice which is a welcome surprise. Even on the boss nachos they be skimping on the nacho cheese. Like McDonalds and Starbucks your probably done gonna ever see a 5 star, so it’s about ratings deductions and I come here regularly enough and can tell it’s average is just that. Average.

Complete failure. Last order missing most of the items that were ordered. «Workers» probably wonder why they’re only making minimum wage. They should probably be making less. They’re cheating the company out of honest work. Whoever franchises this place must be a complete idiot. I’d give the place less than one star if that was possible. Looks like I’m not alone in my perception of this place.

I never write reviews for fast food places. But I had to on this trip. I went through the drive thru about an hr ago and it was the worst experience ever. A male rudely took my order. There was no «hi, what can I get for you?» Instead, it was«when you’re ready» like he’s waiting on me. Excuse me sir, but with the car in front of me getting everything off the menu, I had plenty of time to decide what I wanted. Nonetheless, I gave him my order and then went up to the window. To my surprise, instead of a male it was a female. Realizing they just did a quick switch-a-roo, all was fine and dandy as this happens at many drive thrus. The female was quite nice and took my card and when I got the receipt I noticed it said that«Christian» was my cashier. Then I hear her loudly say«don’t f****** touch my ass» and looks mad as she throws a ball of paper at him but then giggles a few seconds later. Then I think she realized her unprofessional behavior because she looked out the window towards me and then immediately stopped giggling. Personally, I think this«Christian» needs to be fired. I mean talk about sexual harassment and inappropriate behavior. The female should get a warning for her foul language. Aside from that happening, I ordered a box for the boyfie but this is the first time I’ve ever seen the contents of «the box» not actually in a box. I mean, I know it’s just extra packaging material, but part of the appeal is that the contents are nice and snug in the box so when the consumer opens it up, they see their nicely packed items and then can dig in with no mess on their lap. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a chicken quesadilla. The pizza was soggy and the quesadilla was lacking in sauce. These are the two things I was looking forward to. A crunchy bite and a saucy bite. I wish I could say I will never come back but unfortunately this is the closest location to me so when I get a craving, I will have to visit again, though I really wish I didn’t have to.

This is the only Taco Bell I have been to that has unprofessional staff. Every time I come in there’s always staff talking to each other or laughing really loud, or I’ll see staff at the cash register literally on their phones and not caring at all. I notice them leaving a couple minutes early when their shift is over… Just very unprofessional business here. I don’t like coming here.

Food quality is average for Taco Bell. In a great location near enough to my house so it gets visited for 4th meal or an «I don’t want to cook» night. Drive-thru staff is usually friendly and efficient.

What the hell is going on at this location? I walk in and am asked to complete a survey. I begrudgingly accept. The woman makes me eat a cracker and drink water. Then gives me a regular taco and a 7 page questionnaire about a completely different item then I was given. Meanwhile she has left to take a phone call. When she returns I ask WTF? She admits they have me a plain taco and asks if I can be patient enough to wait for the lady that makes the new product to get out of the bathroom. I feel like I’m on some crazy ass psych reality show to see how long I will waste my day. I tell her forget it, walk out use the drive thru. I didn’t even want my free gift card. The ladies name was Monica and this was the 4th of March. I will no longer eat inside this place

Obviously this doesn’t mean i’ll never be back, because lets face it, I LOVE me some Taco Bell… However…since when did they start putting spicy nasty orange sauce on tostada’s there? I got home, was so happy, about to bite into my tasty tostada and then ACK!!! Nasty, hot orange sauce on it… WTF??? I was already home, bummer, so I called the store and hmm… no answer… weird since I was JUSTTHERE. Only got a burrito for dinner that night. I was left perplexed and hungry… no bueno Taco Bell!!!

This Taco Bell has the nicest people working here! When I come here I feel like I’m at my favorite local joint where the employees seem like friends. They even give that friendly touch at the drive through:). Though I do really miss the fire roasted sauce:) but that is not this location ‘s fault.

As far as me I think the best part of a taco is a lot of cheese. Let’s face it these nothing Mexican about these tacos but the cheese man the cheese has to be there! Well, I open my first taco and bam! What do I see? A butt load of cheese!!! My belly was very happy. I can’t stand the taco bells that are stingy with the cheese. Sounds ridiculous but it makes a huge difference. I myself was extremely disappointed when Taco Bell switched from the thicker grated cheese to this kind they have now. Got service. Very fast on the drive thru, have me my military discount and left happy :)

Honestly this is the best Taco bell i have EVER been to. It is always clean, but the things that sets it apart is the service here. I go here atleast twice a week and everytime the staff is amazing friendly, speedy, and efficient. They have not once gotten my order wrong, and i have given them countless opportunities to screw up, but they never do!

Pretty much every time we go there, they get our order incorrect. Chalupa with chicken? Nope beef. No sour cream or tomatoes? Doesn’t matter, you got them anyways. And don’t go too early in the morning either, you’ll be eating reheated leftover food from the night before.

At the drive thru window they are very rude and give rude looks. I asked for a crunchy taco with nacho cheese and when I got it, it was only a crunchy taco with nacho cheese and beef. There were no other condiments… REALLY. You guys can do better. Should have given me 2 free ones.

The food here is horrible. I wanted to try the new grilled nachos & it was horrible. For starters, it looked like the employee who made it did not care at all. There were multiple holes, the filling was oozing out into my bag so once I was ready to eat, all I had was tortilla. I asked for no sour cream and yet they put extra. I use to work at a taco bell so I know the rights and wrong, this was the Worse service ever, I will never come back nor will my family and friends.

Compared to any other Taco Bell that I have ever visited, this one has the greatest accuracy, food quality, and friendliest(as friendly as fast food workers get) staff. There are several stores near me, but this is the one that I’ve been going to faithfully for the past 10 years. Another thing that’s really cool about this Taco Bell compared to many of the others is that all of their sauces, including the recent addition of the pico salsa, are free to add on, and that makes some of the more bland items much more tasty. Everywhere else, such extras cost 25 or 30 cents, and that can add up pretty quick with the way I like to order my quesadillas. The dining room isn’t always clean, but that can’t always be expected considering there’s only one person working in the front to take people’s orders and clean the entire customer area. Also their breakfast menu leaves something to be desired, but that’s only a new addition and not something I go here for. If you have a craving for not quite Mexican, this one is the best of the bunch.

I know I know this is a Taco Bell how good could it be I really have to give them 5 stars just because they get my order right every time and nothing tastes better than Taco Bell when you’re up for it. So the next time you want Taco Bell and you want it fresh and tasty and you want your order correct the first time this is the place to go I’ve gone too many other taco bells when I get the urge and usually they screw up my order this place rocks

Every once in a while I get a craving for Nachos with creamy process cheese, and if there ever is a place to find such a thing, that would be Taco Bell. Not one of the highest degrees on the culinary scale, but they do have the Nacho Bell Grande.( ) The nachos were only $ 3.19 and my iced tea $ 1.59. What a processed bargain! The nachos were exactly what I expected. The cheese pipping hot and creamy, and the an abundant of seasoned ground beef hidden beneath all the chips and cheese.( ) I forgot they put chopped tomatoes and sour cream, but I did not complain. I just ate it. It is not every day you know. The nachos were good. I saw their new XXL Steak Nachos on an advertisement, but I think I will save that for a future visit.( ) I hear it is enough for two people. The place was fairly clean and well managed. They guy who took my order did a good job. Did you know that nachos were invented in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico 1943? What an invention!

I walked up to the Taco Bell on Navajo Road with a great hunger in my stomach, and as I opened the door to the dining room I expected my senses to be stimulated with the tantalizing aroma of crunchy tortillas and melting cheeses and sizzling chicken. Instead, I was greeted with an offensive odor that seemed to suggest that multiple people had recently experienced uncontrollable diarrhea in the restroom. I tried to shrug it off, noting that the door to the restroom was only a few feet away from the door through which I had entered the restaurant. I am indeed cognizant that some people’s digestive systems are not well-suited to the specific blend of ingredients Taco Bell uses in its food. Nonetheless, even when I got away from the restroom and approached the counter, the smell of human waste mixed with a spritz of cheap deodorizer did not dissipate. Naturally, this offensive scent made me doubt the restaurant’s overall cleanliness. The fact that the interior of this restaurant clearly had not been updated since the early 1990s also did not inspire confidence. What was peculiar to me was that there were several employees and two groups of patrons in the restaurant at the time, and none of them seemed to notice or care about these extremely unpleasant environmental conditions. Perhaps they had acclimated to it, or perhaps they were just so desperate for cheap faux-Mexican food(or, in the employees’ case, a few bucks for an afternoon’s work) that they begrudgingly accepted it. Either way, I knew immediately that I could not be like them, and before any employee could even ask me for my order I turned around and walked out.
