History

Established in 2011.

It donned on me that not every parent has the time or experience to make baby food for themselves. The purpose of The Baby Deli is to offer cost effective, healthy and fresh baby food for working parents.

This is truly the best food a loving parent could give their child. It has never been frozen, canned or jarred. It is truly fresh. You can feed it to your child or freeze and save it for later in the week. I am so excited to give today’s babies such a wonderful new product and I know that you both will like it as much as Lilly and I do.

Business Owner

Hello my name is Shanel. I have been a professional chef for 12 years and have recently finished an enlistment in the United States Navy. I have cooked for thousands of people with much success and passion. I love the creative freedom of cooking and I now have a passion for my little baby of 10 months, Lilly. She is the apple of my eye and is quite the happy baby — full of energy and exploration.

The idea of The Baby Deli emerged when I began cooking for Lilly. I wanted her to explore everything on her plate. I quickly learned that if I prepared her food correctly and made sure it all tasted good she would undoubtedly stick it in her mouth and eat everything in sight.
