Vans Shoes

This place had the best customer service ever. Everyone there is super friendly and makes sure you’re being helped right away. More places should have people like the employees that work there. Oh… And my son got his shoes there too haha

Wish I didn’t have to give the entire store a bad review because of one person. This employee named Beth should not be working in customer service there. We changed our mind on a item we set up at the front desk while shopping and wanted a different item and she was so upset and acted VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn’t understand how it was such a huge inconvenience. I said sorry and She rolled her eyes at us and threw the other item on the ground. She didn’t say one word to us and pretty much threw the bag at us with a Dirty look. I never want to go to that location again. I love vans store but I’m disappointed and hope a manager reads this so her behavior changes because paying customers don’t deserve to be treated so poorly! There’s no excuse to treat people like this as a employee that is getting paid to be nice and welcoming to people

If I could give negative stars, I would. Immediately when I walked in, not a single employee was in sight except for a red headed girl. I walked in and asked a simple question and she didn’t even answer it. She was older so assume she’s the manager. Just when I was about to leave the poor girl who had been helping all the other customers came up and asked if I needed anything, she had a septum piercing and a maroon shirt on. I will never go to Parkway for my Vans needs again. A good store begins with a good manager, get your shit together.

Great customer service! Lots of shoe options it was difficult to choose! I love vans they are so comfy I can wear them all day! Every shoe I wanted to try on had my size available so I was not a disappointed customer. I will always come back for my fresh pair of vans!

I’ve been a fan of vans, for like, forever. This store is like any other vans store tho, salespeople are always nice, racks seem overstocked and aisles are practically nonexistent. I can always count on vans tho for some great deals.

vans shoes are the best around and if you belive otherwise you should go and get your brain checked out. the quintessential southern california shoe. vans always look great new and look better old and crusty. this store is in the parkway plaza mall. nice and small but packed with tons of clothes and a grip of shoes. they also sell skateboards and skate gear. this store has clothes and belts ad hats. fun for a boy and girl.
