Venus Printing

i don’t know where to start but i start with the first time i walked in to this place, walking in my fiancé and i to pick an invitation card for our wedding and all we hear is that’s the room go pick your card im like ok!!! so went in and spend 3 hours and no body came in to help or answer any questions we had then finally a lady showed up and start helping us picked up our cards and set up everything got it confirmed and we left, it took 2 weeks to get the cards which is not bad at all, paid for them took them home and noticed that the cards are cut badly that you can see the card not straight and you can see the corners are messed up im like fine i will deal with it, then tried to assemble the card and put it together IT DIDN’T FIT so the envelops were smaller size than the invitation card, went back and told them whats going on and they said they gonna call and reorder the envelops when they did i was told that they don’t make a gray envelop for this card it has to be white and here we go another week delay and now im stuck with a messed up cards and a white plain color envelops instead of a nice gray glossy card. nothing i can do but order more at that point and when i asked how much will cost me to get another 25 cards they want to charge me almost same price is buying 100 cards. if you really don’t want to screw your wedding and mess up your invitation cards and waste your time go somewhere else and make sure you don’t pay cash because if anything happen your pretty much screwed.
