Gross. That about sums it up. Perhaps not all Wendy’s, but this Wendy’s tastes like a dirty sock. I was starving, and should have known better, but against my better judgement, ordered a burger and fries. How bad could it be, right? Cold burger bad. Cold burger, probably sitting under a light somewhere (a broken light apparently, as there was no heat), just waiting for the next sucker to pull into the drive thru (me). Seriously, the patty looks wilted, the cheese was dry, and the bun wet. Stay away. If you have to do fast food, don’t choose this one!

This we dies is not open late and sometimes seems to close whenever they want. I’ve never been inside, I always use the drive thru. Generally everything comes out fine, no payment issues or wrong orders. I’m happy with the food. Just very aggravated when at 11pm I’m hungry and tired and want a quick bite that won’t wreck my stomach and they are already closed. Sometimes they don’t honor the frosty freebies that Wendy’s sells every year. Which also irritates me. And they don’t sell them. So, maybe they just aren’t part of the big chain, I’m honestly not sure. But these two things only bug me when I’m tired, and I have to re-​plot my plan to get food and drive over to Mollison.

Worst fast food experience I’ve had since my Carl’s Jr incident! I planned to go through the drive thru as I’m driving up I see a huge line and nobody inside so I decide to go inside. After over 5 minutes of waiting at the counter someone takes my order, throughout my 15 minute wait for my to go order the manager tells me multiple times its gonna be a while. Finally I get my food and get home open my burger that I ordered with cheese only and it had everything except cheese. The staff needs to get their shit together everyone there is as clueless ad the person next to them

I like chicken sandwich. We ask for bbq sauce, she say we out of bbq sauce. But I can see bbq sauce above her shoulder. Why she no give us bbq sauce. Chicken sandwich very good though.

Very bad costumer service, it was not my first time to order Chicken Cesar Salad but this time I had the salad with bad chicken! The chicken was hard to bite there were cartilage I showed it to the associate at the cashier she didn’t offer me a new salad or chicken, she looked at me and said its the chicken this is how we service it at here.
Looks like customers satisfaction is not important at Wendy’s.

Do you like fries that are old and so salty you could make a glass of salt water with them? Well if you do then you will like these fries. Went through the drive through. Thought I’d try the bacon pretzel burger. That was good enough, but those fries were toxic bloat.
The fact of the matter is I always ask for my fries extra hot and have them repeat it. BOOO! What a total let down.
On the flip side I guess it saved me about 500 calories because I can’t eat them and the burger was good, not the best.
Will I go back there? Not for quite a long while.

Just ordered a frosty (for my daughter who just had oral surgery), a ½ side BBQ Chicken Salad and small fries. They placed the frosty on the tray while waiting on our addition 2 items. We got our seats, sat down waited another few minutes before I watched the frosty just sitting there on the counter «melting». I went up and said can I just take the frosty to my daughter? So, they said «yes». Why, didn’t they just hand it to her after we placed our order?
It took about another 5 – 6 minutes to get our pre-​made side salad and fries!
Customer Service was lacking and no since of urgency on orders!

The slowest fast food ever. There is always a wait even if you only order a lemonade. What stinks is this is the closes place to my work but it is so slow that if I did go on my lunch break I could be late getting back. keep in mind I work less than a minute away. It doesnt matter how many people are in line even if it is just one person in front of you They are going to take at least 15 minutes a person. So if you want food in a hurry go elsewhere.

Hey, I decided to try Wend’y new guacamole burger. I ordered the combo with a medium fries and medium diet coke. Oh yes, I ordered the burger without the ranch dressing.
The burger tasted very good, but it was very small for the amount of money they are asking for it. The burger alone is over $ 4. (
) I guess I expected more, but on the plus side, the bacon was nice a crispy. The fries were pipping hot when I received them; nice to know I did not get the batch that was sitting around for a while.
I can tell that the building has been around for a while, but management and the employees keep the place pretty clean except for an errant fry I saw lying on the carpet. It actually made me laugh.
If you want a big guac. burger, pass on this one, but if you are counting your calories, this one may be for you.
