History

Established in 2006.

Growing out of my experience as a bookkeeper/​office manager, I decided to go out on my own as an independent bookkeeper in the summer of 2006.

After moving to San Francisco from Philadelphia in 1982 and subsequently to Oakland in 1999, I was looking for work. As luck would have it, my plumber needed a smart and efficient office manager. It was during this job that I learned Quickbooks and became quite proficient.

My many years of bookkeeping have provided a vast amount of information on which I draw when serving clients. I simply love the opportunity to take a box full of paper, sort through it, enter it and file it all away neatly.

I’m a people person, a dog lover, a parent and a long-​time volunteer. I am a coordinator of a program through my faith community called Chicken Soupers which started out in 1987. We prepare and deliver food to folks in need of a hand due to disabilities.
