History
Established in 1949.
Dr. Thomas Oda founded this dental practice near the corner of Potrero and San Pablo Avenue in El Cerrito. Upon his retirement 38 years later, he entrusted the care of his patients to Dr. Joan Seet. She was joined by her husband, Dr. Francis Carrington, in 1988, when he merged his Berkeley practice with hers in El Cerrito. They moved to the present-day location, the former It Club building, in 1994. Many of Dr. Oda’s cherished patients remain with the practice today.
