After a spur of the moment decision to put our townhouse up for sale, we contacted Kristen who we’ve known for years. We met with her the next day to go over comps in the area and to figure out a listing price for our home. We already had in mind what we wanted to list for prior to meeting with her, but she convinced us that we should list at $ 10,000 higher than what we were thinking. The next day she contacted us to let us know that someone was coming to look at our house. That night we accepted their offer for full price. She had sold our house in one day! During this time, she also took us to look at other properties in our desired area. We fell in love with one property and decided to put an offer on it. She walked us through the entire process and made it as streamlined as possible, by coordinating inspections and appraisals as well as staying in contact with our lender.
