I had an 1100 sq ft townhome that needed the carpets cleaned before we moved out. The price was unbeatable, around $ 140 for 3 rooms and stairs and only took about an hour and half. I definitely would recommend this business for carpet cleaning. He even will clean your car mats for free!

Woohoo is as good as it gets! Phelan Carpet Cleaning is the best in town. Craig came highly recommended to us by a couple of residents here in Folsom a few years back. They couldn’t say enough great things about him. So, we decided to have him clean two of our houses. Happy we did, we’ve used him ever since. Craig does quality work at more than reasonable prices. He’s also honest, polite and dependable. 5 STAR Services are a great price, you can’t beat that!

Craig came out in the pouring rain to clean our carpets before Thanksgiving.
We have the original carpet (20 years old) and it had a few stains i made worse by trying to clean myself.
The carpets look fantastic!, Craig even left his high power dryer for a few days to speed up the drying process in the cold weather we had last week.
He gave me a great price and broke down certain things so i knew what I was paying for. He even cleaned our area rug and my very soiled carmats for free.
I am a strong believer in supporting El Dorado Hills small business owners, because I am one myself, but I can only do it if I feel the service was spectacular and this service was AAA+++

I moved into El Dorado Hills two weeks ago, and Craig helped me on carpet cleaning. Craig’s pricing strategy make things quite straight forward. Plus he has done a decent job on cleaning. Great job plus great price. I would highly recommend Phelan cleaning service.

I have used Phelan Cleaning since I moved back to EDH, and this is the best carpet cleaning service hands down! It is also extremely reasonable prices. They use a truck system, which I’ve had it done other ways, and nothing is comparable to the truck mounted system. The owner, Craig, is extremely dependable and trustworthy. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly! FIVE STARS!

I found Craig on Unilocal looking for someone local that I didn’t have to wait a week for service. Craig returned my call on the same weekend I called! (the other guy didn’t) I didn’t expect much improvement on my 20 year old white Berber with a multitude of stains from my 17 ½ year old dog. Boy was I impressed. The carpeting looked the best ever and the price was the most reasonable I’ve ever had. And he’s a super nice guy… and on time. Highly recommended!
