My husband, Richard and I opened fayrays, LLC in August of 1999. I am a graduate of Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London England. Richard helped Mark Abernathy open Loca Luna in Little Rock, AR. He also worked with Peter Brave and with Meuller’s Bakery in Hot Springs, AR. We have food in our blood. The restaurant business, in general, can be quite a demanding job. As a husband and wife team we are able to share the load, interchange our jobs and make sure that one of us is always with the kiddos! Blessed and loving living in LA (lower Arkansas)!
