Pretty good 7 – 11 with the usual fare of coffee, snacks, and assorted«bad for you, but still fun» stuff. The staff is relatively friendly, and there are several entry and exit points to the lot. What also differentiates this place is that it has a full gas station. Reasonable prices for gasoline, and a tire air station that is pretty convenient. The surprisingly large parking lot has exits and entrances on both El Monte Ave. and Lower Azusa, partly to facilitate queues for the gas pumpls. Gets a little hairy at night sometimes, but for the most part, this is a solid 7-eleven. Occasional panhandlers, homeless folks(Lee is a nice dude, but he usually hangs at the 7-Eleven on 2nd and Live Oak to collect change… then spends it here.) Nearby In N Out and other local spots make this a good alternative to more expensive fountain drinks, or beers at the Bowling Alley. This is my go-to 7 Eleven when I have to go to Home Depot. They always seem to have fresh coffee made no matter what time of the day. Oh, Thank Heaven…

I love stopping here to get my coffee. The coffee is always ready and the people are friendly. This 7 – 11 is also a gas station and has a GameFly rental kiosk in case you’re dying to rent a video game. They also have chicken wings and pizza ready to go in case you need a snack. I know not all 7 – 11’s have this so this one even better. Bring your own coffee cup and it’s only a $.99 refill. I bring my reusable Starbux cup and fill it up. I always smile when I pay and the girl behind the counter says in broken English, «Have nice day…»
