They helped us when others couldn’t. Armando tried to find the best possible price for my family. We originally had State Farm. But after I got a point on my license. State Farm kicked us out since I was a new and young driver. Even with my point Armando was able to keep my car insurance at a low rate! My policy was giving to Daniel when my agent was not able to manage her portfolio. I never received an email, call or letter from the new agency until my data was sold to a 3^rd party to be cross sold financial services, no thanks. I sent an email with my dissatisfaction with how the transfer of my policy was done and asked for the best way to terminate my policy so I would not incur additional costs, if I decided to leave. I then received a call from regional asking if they could help; my response was how hard is it for the new agent Daniel Fuentes to contact me? I asked them to provide me the information I requested and hung up. I had a strange feeling that something had happened to my policy, I called the call center a couple days later and they said my policy had been terminated– Wait what! I had been driving around without insurance for days and no one told me!!! Rookie move.
