Dr. Afar received his Master of Oral Biology from UCLA and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of California in Los Angeles School of Dentistry. After being awarded the California State Fellowship, the Hortense Fishbaugh Fellowship and the NIH’s Dentist-Scientist Fellowship, Dr. Afar continued his education and received his advanced degree in the fields of oral implantology and periodontology. Today, he is a recognized expert and sought-after lecturer in the field of implantology. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the Western Dental Society and a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He and his team of dental professionals are committed to providing full-service dentistry that helps patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
