History

Established in 2009.

Our company specializes in creating education based travel experiences for students from all over the world. Our study tour programs bring the youth of the world to the United States and American students out into the world for short-​term, meaningful, empowering experiences. We began in 2009 as part of L&Z International Group, Inc., a full service travel agency that specializes in superior level service and innovation hosting a wide variety of visitors including government agencies, commercial investigation teams, tourist groups, delegations of athletes, and international students. Seeking a closer, more impactful role in our students’ international experience, the L&Z Global Study Tours division was created in 2012, and by 2013 our flourishing social enterprise became autonomous.

As the founder and C.E.O., my role is a creative and decisive one, always looking to be one step ahead of the current market. This entails setting up strategies and making decisive actions regarding the formation of partnerships, selecting which markets to enter, and identify new opportunities worldwide in such a way that employees, partners and clients are valued, moved and inspired.

Notable Achievements:

* Second time star up, and switched the business model from a middle bridge to program provider.

* Expending the business model from China to US, and toward Spanish, Russian and French markets.

* Leading our team to swim in a wide open blue ocean, to pursue our dream career while making the difference in the world.
