Mario is a one stop shop at an amazing price. He works by himself and has over 30 years of experience. I had a pipe burst and my water bill was going through the roof until the Glendora water left a note on my door, telling me my bill would be higher than normal, and that I probably had a leak since the meter kept moving when the water was off. I called another plumber first, and he incorrectly said my water heater was broken. I spent $ 800 to replace it only to find out it wasn’t the problem. It was an old water heater but still… the old one was fine! Mario came out to detect the leak with a standard rate of $ 300, but would deduct the cost from the repair if I gave him the work. He came out twice to detect the leak, just to be sure. Turns out it was in my slab concrete foundation! After weighing my cost and benefits, it made more sense to replace my old galvanized plumbing completely with copper plumbing. I ended up paying nearly $ 5000 for the entire house, including laundry, kitchen, bathrooms, and dish washer. I was quoted $ 7−10k by other plumbers in my search for a good price. Everything is now ran through the walls and attic, which should be easier if something happens again(hopefully never). After everything was said and done, the galvanized pipe broke again, this time from the water meter to the main shut off valve! Mario was able to fix this in about 3 – 4 hours and didn’t charge me another dollar. On top of that, he noticed the kitchen sink faucet was broken, and he replaced it for free(I paid for the faucet). That was extremely nice of him! He is my first call for all future plumbing issues. He’s the quality hard worker that doesn’t have a fancy website or secretary. I would add him to your speed dial.
