My sister and I upgraded our phones today and were assisted by Raymond. He provided amazing service! He answered all of our questions and even though new customers were walking in, he never once rushed us and still gave us his full attention. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I am not the most tech savvy and he was extremely patient in helping me figure out my phone.

After dropping and shattering my phone I went into this dealer as it was close to my work. I was told(by the manager) that I was going to need a new phone(not true, screen could have been repaired by third party). After the purchase of my new phone he up-sold me a case and glass screen cover to prevent future shattering. Only three weeks later I dropped my new phone and the screen shattered, even with the new upgraded casing. I immediately went into the store to tell the manager and was sure he would fix or replace my phone due to his promise of all the expensive safety casing I purchased. Instead he was passive, unapologetic, and told me that it wasent 100% effective. My comment back to him was«how convenient you left that part out as you were selling me». Honestly, it’s At&T and I’m not surprised. Fortunately I went to the Apple Store where they felt so bad for me that they fixed my phone and allowed me to purchase Apple Care. They were wonderful. I’ll never, ever, ever, ever go into an AT&T store for a purchase or upgrade ever again.
