Manager

Marivel has eleven years of experience in the El Paso real estate industry. Her property management portfolio consists of over 500,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and retail properties. She is responsible for the marketing and leasing of available space, supervising tenant construction projects, preparing annual budgets, coordinating the maintenance staff, and providing customer service to all tenants.
